| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทที่มารับบริการที่แผนกผู้ป่วยนอก โรงพยาบาลพระศรีมหาโพธิ์ 2) ศึกษาอำนาจการทำนายคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทที่มารับบริการที่แผนกผู้ป่วยนอก โรงพยาบาลพระศรีมหาโพธิ์ ตัวแปรที่ศึกษาได้แก่ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ความเชื่ออำนาจภายในตน อาการทางลบ และการสนับสนุนทางสังคม กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ป่วยจิตเภท จำนวน 140 คน เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีคุณสมบัติตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ สำหรับการคัดเลือกเข้าเป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่างและการคัดออกเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือแบบประเมินอาการทางลบ แบบสัมภาษณ์ความเพียงพอของรายได้ แบบวัดความเชื่ออำนาจภายในตน แบบสัมภาษณ์การสนับสนุนทางสังคม และแบบสัมภาษณ์คุณภาพชีวิตแบ่งเป็น 2 ด้าน คือด้านความพึงพอใจและด้านความสำคัญ ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหา และหาค่าความเที่ยงของเครื่องมือทุกฉบับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ค่าคะแนนของคุณภาพชีวิตโดยรวม และคุณภาพชีวิตทุกด้านคือด้านสุขภาพและการทำหน้าที่ด้านสังคมและเศรษฐกิจ ด้านจิตใจและจิตวิญญาณ และด้านครอบครัวของผู้ป่วยจิตเภท แผนกผู้ป่วยนอก โรงพยาบาลพระศรีมหาโพธิ์ อยู่ในระดับสูง 2. ตัวแปรที่สามารถร่วมกันทำนายคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วยจิตเภท แผนกผู้ป่วยนอก โรงพยาบาลพระศรีมหาโพธิ์ได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 คือ การสนับสนุนทางสังคม อาการทางลบ เพศหญิง และความเพียงพอของรายได้ โดยมีค่าความแปรปรวนของการพยากรณ์ร้อยละ 37.8 (R[superscript 2] = .378) สมการพยากรณ์ในรุปคะแนนมาตรฐาน คือ Z[subscript คุณภาพชีวิต] = .385[subscript การสนับสนุนทางสังคม] - .204[subscript อาการทางลบ] + .190[subscript เพศหญิง] + .144[subscript ความเพียงพอของรายได้] |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this descriptive research were to study the quality of life of schizophrenic patients receiving service in out-patient department of Phasrimahabodhi Psychiatric Hospital, and to determine the predictors of quality of life of schizophrenic patients. Subjects were 140 schizophrenic patients receiving service in out-patient department of Phasrimahabodhi Psychiatric Hospital, selected by inclusion and exclusion criteria. Research instruments were developed by the researcher to measure, negative symptoms, income sufficiency, perceived control, social support and quality of life of schizophrenic patients. All instruments were tested for content validity and determined its reliability. Statistical techniques utilized in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson's product moment correlation and stepwise miltiple regression. Major findings were as follows : 1. Overall quality of life and quality of life in the aspect of health and functioning mode, socioeconomic mode, psychologica/spiritual mode, and family mode of schizophrenic patients were at the high level. 2. Factors significantly predicted quality of life schizophrenic patients were social support, negative symptoms, female and adequacy of income, at the .05 level. These predictors were accounted for 37.8 percent (R[superscript 2] = .378) The Standardized score function was : Z[subscritp quality of life] = .385[subscript social support] - .204[subscript negative symptoms] + .190[subscript Female] + .144[subscript Income]. |
