dc.description.abstractวิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ที่จะศึกษาข้อผิดของการใช้รูปวรรณยุกต์ในการสะกดคำของผู้ป่วยที่มีภาวะวิปกติภาษา และศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างข้อผิดของการใช้รูปวรรณยุกต์ที่เกิดขึ้นในการเขียนของผู้ป่วยที่มีภาวะวิปกติภาษากับพยาธิสภาพของสมอง ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้เป็น 2 หัวข้อ คือ 1. ลักษณะของข้อผิดในการสะกดคำของผู้ป่วยที่มีภาวะวิปกติภาษามีดังนี้ 1.1 ข้อผิดของการใช้รูปวรรณยุกต์ในการเขียนของผู้ป่วยที่มีภาวะวิปกติภาษามีมากกว่าคนปกติและข้อผิดของการใช้วรรณยุกต์ในการเขียนของผู้ป่วยที่มีภาวะวิปกติภาษามีลักษณะเด่นชัดในคำที่เกิดจากกฎการสะกดคำ 2 ข้อ คือ คำเป็นสระยาวไม่มีพยัญชนะท้าย มีและไม่มีรูปวรรณยุกต์ และคำตายสระสั้นไม่มีพยัญชนะท้ายมีและไม่มีรูปวรรณยุกต์ 1.2 ข้อผิดประเภทอื่น ได้แก่ ลักษณะข้อผิดที่นอกเหนือไปจากการสะกดวรรณยุกต์ผิด ซึ่งสามารถแยกภาษาของผู้ป่วยที่มีภาวะวิปกติภาษากับคนปกติได้อย่างชัดเจน ทั้งนี้ผู้ป่วยที่มีภาวะวิปกติภาษามีข้อผิดประเภทนี้มากเป็นพิเศษ 1.3 คำที่สะกดไม่ได้ พบเฉพาะในผู้ป่วยที่มีภาวะวิปกติภาษาแต่ไม่พบในคนปกติ 2. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างข้อผิดของการสะกดคำกับพยาธิสภาพทางสมองของผู้ป่วยที่มีภาวะวิปกติภาษา มีข้อสรุป คือ การสะกดคำผิดในการเขียนมีจำนวนแปรตามความรุนแรงของพยาธิสภาพทางสมอง ทั้งนี้ผู้ป่วยยังมีความบกพร่องที่แสดงออกทางด้านอื่นร่วมด้วย เช่น การพูด ข้อผิดในการสะกดคำยังเกิดจากปัจจัยอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง ได้แก่ อายุและความเสื่อมของสมรรถภาพทางร่างกายตามอายุของผู้ป่วย และความถี่ในการใช้ภาษาโดยเฉพาะภาษาเขียนen
dc.description.abstractalternativeThis thesis attempts to study the errors of tone markers in Thai aphasic patients in terms of the Thai orthographical system, and the relations between the errors of tone markers and the cerebral pathology in Thai aphasic patients. The results of the study are as follows: 1. The study on the orthographic errors of the aphasic patients compared normal subjects, who belong to the same educational and socio-economic background as the patients, reveals that 1.1 The orthographic errors of tone markers in aphasic patients are higher than in normals and the orthographic errors of tone markers in aphasic patients exhibited clearly in words spelt by the two orthographic rules : words of long lived syllable without final consonant ending, with or without tone markers and words of short dead syllable without final consonant ending, with or without tone markers. 1.2 Other orthographic errors besides those of tone markers are these types of error helped distinguish aphasic patients from normals and they can be different between the orthographic errors of aphasic patients and normals clearly and there are more in aphasic patients. 1.3 Words which can't be spelt are found only in aphasic patients. 2. The relation between the orthographic errors and the cerebral pathology of aphasic patients are as follows : the numbers of orthographic errors varied according to the degree of the cerebral pathology severity. Other defects such as speech production also helped in the diagnosis. Orthographic errors are also influenced by other factors such as age and the degenerations due to aging, and the frequency of written language use.en
