| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการพัฒนาเกณฑ์หรือตัวบ่งชี้คุณภาพรายการละครโทรทัศน์ โดยเก็บข้อมูลจาก 3 แหล่งคือ การศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อกระบวนการผลิตละครโทรทัศน์ที่มีคุณภาพจากบุคคลต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกระบวนการผลิตละครโทรทัศน์ ใช้การสัมภาษณ์ฝ่ายผู้ผลิต ได้แก่ สถานีโทรทัศน์ ผู้จัดละคร และผู้เขียนบท, การสนทนากลุ่มผู้ชมละครโทรทัศน์เกี่ยวกับความคิดเห็นและความต้องการของผู้ชมต่อเนื้อหาและคุณภาพของละครโทรทัศน์ และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาของละครโทรทัศน์ 10 เรื่อง แนวคิดที่ใช้ คือ การประเมินผลการทำงานของสื่อ กระบวนการผลิตรายการละครโทรทัศน์ องค์ประกอบของละครโทรทัศน์และบทบาทหน้าที่ทางสังคมของละครโทรทัศน์ ผลการศึกษาสรุปได้ว่า ปัจจัยทั้ง 3 ประการซี่งมีผลต่อกระบวนการผลิตละครโทรทัศน์ที่มีคุณภาพ คือ สถานีโทรทัศน์ ผู้จัดละคร และผู้อุปกรณ์รายการนั้น นโยบายของสถานีโทรทัศน์ เป็นปัจจัยที่สำคัญที่สุดต่อคุณภาพของละครโทรทัศน์ สำหรับเกณฑ์หรือตัวบ่งชี้คุณภาพรายการละครโทรทัศน์ทั้ง 11 เกณฑ์ที่พัฒนาขึ้น เกณฑ์ที่บ่งชี้คุณภาพของละครโทรทัศน์ที่ดีที่สุด คือ เกณฑ์ทางด้านความเป็นมืออาชีพของผู้จัดละคร ซึ่งมาจากการสั่งสมประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวและแบบองค์กรในการผลิตละครโทรทัศน์มากกว่าการเป็นผู้ที่เรียนจบโดยตรงทางด้านละคร และเกณฑ์เรื่องความประณีตและคุณภาพของกระบวนการผลิตละครโทรทัศน์อันหมายถึง นโยบายการผลิตละคร การเลือกเรื่อง การคัดเลือกตัวแสดง ความพิถีพิถันในกระบวนการผลิตความถูกต้องสมจริงและการเลือกเพลงประกอบของผู้จัดละคร ซึ่งปัจจัยที่กล่าวมาทั้งหมดนี้จะมีผลต่อคุณภาพของละครโทรทัศน์ที่ปรากฏออกมา ในขณะที่เกณฑ์มาตรฐานความเป็นต้นแบบ ในเรื่องของความแปลกใหม่ ความไม่ยึดติดกับเนื้อหาเก่า และเกณฑ์คุณค่าทางจริยธรรมและการเมืองของเนื้อหายังพบไม่มากในเนื้อหาของละครโทรทัศน์ สำหรับความคิดเห็นและความต้องการของผู้ชมต่อเนื้อหาและคุณภาพของละครโทรทัศน์นั้นผู้ชมส่วนใหญ่มีความคิดเห็นว่า เนื้อหาของละครโทรทัศน์ยังคงมีเนื้อหาแบบเก่าๆ และยังไม่พัฒนาไปเท่าที่ควร จึงต้องการให้มีเนื้อหาที่หลากหลายมากกว่าที่เป็นอยู่ในปัจจุบัน ส่วนทางด้านเทคนิคต่างๆ ในกระบวนการผลิตนั้นได้มีการพัฒนามากขึ้น |
| Other Abstract: | This study is purposely to develop criteria determining the quality of television drama. Information and data were collected from three sources : the study, through depth interview, of factors that affect the quality of the production process of the television drama from these who are responsible, that is television stations, producers and drama scripwriters, focus group interview the audience's opinions and needs on content and television drama quality, and lastly the content analysis of ten television drama stories. The conceptual framework are media performance assessment, television drama production process, element of television drama and social roles and duties of television drama. From the study, it can be summarized that to get or reach such a television drama quality, three significant factors are linkingly involved : television stations, producers and sponsors, of which the most important one is the television stations' policy. As for the eleven criteria developed to determine the television drama quality, it is found that the criteria on producers' professionalism has clearly appeared to be highly significant. This could certainly be attained through their long years of experiences and organizational production model rather than from direct drama learning from schools. Besides this, the criteria on the production policy, choice or selection of story, the casting of actors, the deliberateness of production process, reality or truism and musical presentation choice, all have mutually contributed to the quality of the television drama production process as one has always witnessed. While the criteria on the standard of originality, novelty in showing, non-adherence to old contents and on social morality or political value are rarely found in the television drama. Concerning the audience's opinions and needs on contents and television drama quality, it is also found that they still are old, and not so much developing. The audiences would like to see more varieties of contents than as shown nowadays. As for the production process, it has clearly appeared some new developments. |
