dc.description.abstract	ศึกษาผลกระทบของสถานีรถไฟฟ้าใต้ดินบางซื่อซึ่งเป็นสถานีปลายทางและอยู่บริเวณเดียวกับสถานีรถไฟบางซื่อ ที่มีต่อชุมชนและพื้นที่โดยรอบ โดยศึกษาวิวัฒนาการและสภาพการเปลี่ยนแปลงการใช้ประโยชน์ที่ดินในพื้นที่ศึกษา ในช่วงเวลาก่อนและหลังการเปิดใช้สถานีรถไฟฟ้าใต้ดินบางซื่อ และพิจารณาพฤติกรรม ความต้องการของผู้โดยสารและความต้องการของชุมชนที่อยู่บริเวณใกล้เคียง โดยทำการสำรวจภาคสนามได้แก่ สำรวจลักษณะทางกายภาพของพื้นที่ศึกษา และใช้ข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถามเพื่อนำไปสู่การวิเคราะห์สภาพปัญหาและผลกระทบที่เกิดขึ้นในพื้นที่ ตลอดจนเสนอแนะแนวทางในการพัฒนาในอนาคต ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ภายหลังการเปิดใช้สถานีรถไฟฟ้าใต้ดินบางซื่อ ก่อให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางกายภาพ คือ มีการเพิ่มขึ้นของที่อยู่อาศัยเล็กน้อยเนื่องจากพื้นที่มีความหนาแน่นอยู่แล้ว สอดคล้องกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงพื้นที่ปลูกสร้างที่เพิ่มขึ้นเล็กน้อย การเปลี่ยนแปลงทางเศรษฐกิจ ราคาที่ดินมีแนวโน้มสูงขึ้น ส่วนในระดับชุมชนมีโอกาสในการประกอบอาชีพเพิ่มขึ้นและมีรายได้เพิ่มขึ้น เขตบางซื่อมีศักยภาพการให้บริการทั้งในระดับท้องถิ่นและระดับเมือง โดยสามารถติดต่อกับพื้นที่เขตอื่นได้สะดวก การเปลี่ยนแปลงทางกายภาพและเศรษฐกิจ ก่อให้เกิดผลกระทบผู้ที่อาศัยในชุมชนใกล้เคียง โดยผลกระทบในแง่บวก คือ ชุมชนมีความสะดวกในการเข้าถึงเพิ่มขึ้น ด้านสังคม มีความปลอดภัยในชีวิตและทรัพย์สินมากขึ้น ผลกระทบในแง่ลบ ได้แก่ ปัญหาปริมาณการจราจรที่เพิ่มขึ้นทำให้ผู้ที่ต้องใช้เป็นทางผ่านเข้าออกชุมชนได้รับผลกระทบ แนวโน้มในอนาคตบริเวณสถานีบางซื่อยังคงเป็นจุดเชื่อมการเดินทางระหว่างจังหวัดปริมณฑลกับกรุงเทพมหานคร และผลกระทบจะเข้มข้นเพิ่มขึ้นเมื่อมีการเชื่อมต่อกับโครงการรถไฟฟ้าสายสีน้ำเงินและสายสีม่วงแล้ว ดังนั้นจึงเสนอแนวทางในการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหา โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งการกำหนดระเบียบข้อบังคับควบคุมการขยายตัวของชุมชนที่จะเกิดขึ้นใหม่ในอนาคต โดยกำหนดประเภทกิจกรรมและการใช้ประโยชน์ที่ดิน การจัดระเบียบและปรับปรุงด้านการจราจร การพัฒนาสาธารณูปโภคและสาธารณูปการให้เพียงพอต่อความต้องการ	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	To investigate the impact of Bangsue Subway Station which is located in the same area as Bangsue Railway Station, on the surrounding communities and areas. The study traces the development and changes of land use in the study area before and after the operation of the subway station, passenger’s behavior and demand, and the need of dwellers in surrounding communities. Data are collected through field survey by observation of physical conditions of the area and administration of questionnaires on the target groups concerning social and economic issues. Research results indicate that there are some physical changes after the operation of the subway station in the forms of increasing housing and built up area; the economic changes in the area are seen in the increased land price and more opportunities for employment and higher income for people in the study area. Since Bangsue District has a potential to service both at district and the city levels, the occurred physical and economic changes generate both positive and negative impact to dwellers in the surrounding communities. The positive impact is seen when the communities have higher accessibility and residents feel more safety on their life and property. The negative impact is seen in the increasing trip volume on the road which obstructs people making daily trips to and from their communities. In the future, the impact is expected to be intensified due to two factors: (1) Bangsue Railway Station will be the transportation hub for Bangkok vicinity provinces and other areas of the country; and (2) connection of the present subway track to two more tracks. Therefore, it is recommended in the study in order to prevent and solve future problems by applying rules and regulations to control the expansion of the communities in the study area, which concerns limitation of activity and land use categories, traffic arrangement and improvement as well as utilities and social services development.	en
