dc.description.abstract	การวิเคราะห์อภิมานงานวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาคุณลักษณะทั่วไปของงานวิจัยที่ศึกษาปัจจัยเชิงผลของการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจในงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ 2) วิเคราะห์ค่าเฉลี่ยสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยเชิงผลของการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจในงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ 3) เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ จำแนกตามตัวแปรอิสระ และ 4) วิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความแปรปรวนของค่าเฉลี่ยสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ด้วยตัวแปรคุณลักษณะงานวิจัย งานวิจัยที่นำมาสังเคราะห์มีการตีพิมพ์เผยแพร่ระหว่างปี พ.ศ. 2538 ถึง พ.ศ. 2549 จำนวน 23 เล่ม รวบรวมข้อมูลจากตัวแปรอิสระ 4 ประเภท คือ ข้อมูลของงานวิจัย ระเบียบวิธีวิจัย เนื้อหาสาระงานวิจัย และคะแนนคุณภาพงานวิจัย นำข้อมูลทั้งหมดมาวิเคราะห์ตามวิธีของ Glass และคณะได้ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1) ด้านลักษณะทั่วไปของงานวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านข้อมูลของงานวิจัย ด้านระเบียบวิธีวิจัย และ ด้านเนื้อหาสาระงานวิจัย 2) ปัจจัยเชิงผลของการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจในงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ประกอบด้วย 2 ปัจจัย คือ (1) ปัจจัยที่เกิดกับพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ได้แก่ ด้านความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงาน (r̅=.41) ด้านเอกสิทธิ์ทางการพยาบาล (r̅=.47) ด้านภาวะผู้นำ (r̅=.50) ด้านความยึดมั่นผูกพันต่อองค์การ (r̅=.63) และ ด้านความพึงพอใจในงาน/ความสุขในงาน (r̅=.63) (2) ปัจจัยที่เกิดกับองค์การ ได้แก่ ความสำเร็จในงาน (r̅=.39) และ การทำงานเป็นทีม (r̅=.69) ตามลำดับ 3) ตัวแปรประเภทงานวิจัย และวิธีหาค่าความเที่ยงของเครื่องมือวิจัยมีผลต่อความผันแปร (r=0.49, p<0.01) ; r=0.58, p<0.01) กับค่าเฉลี่ยสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ปัจจัยเชิงผลโดยรวมของการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจในงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ 4) ตัวแปรประเภทงานวิจัยมีอิทธิพลต่อความแปรปรวนของปัจจัยเชิงผลโดยรวมของการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจในงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โดยสามารถอธิบายได้ ร้อยละ 23	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this meta-analysis study were to 1) study research characteristics of consequence variables of job empowerment of professional nurses; 2) analyze mean weight correlation coefficient of consequence variables of job empowerment of professional nurses; 3) compare mean weight correlation coefficient between independent variables; and 4) account variance of correlation coefficients by independent variables. The 23 Thai research studied during 1995-2006 were recruited. Study moderators including research characteristics, research methodology, substantive, methodological characteristics and research quality were collected. Study data were analyzed by using meta-analysis method of Glass, et al. The major findings were as follows: 1) The research characteristics consisted of 3 components including research characteristics, research methodology and substantive methodological characteristics. 2) The consequence variables were 2 factors: (1) Consequences to nurses including work ability (r̅=.41), autonomy (r̅=.47), leadership (r̅=.50), organizational commitment (r̅=.63), job satisfaction/work happiness (r̅=.63) and consequences to nursing organization including job success (r̅=.39) and teamwork(r̅=.69). 3) The type of research and method of reliability variables were significantly correlation coefficients (r = 0.49, p<0.01; r = 0.58, p<0.01) with consequence variables. 4) The type of research variable was a predictor of mean weight correlation coefficient. It was accounted for 23% of variance.	en
