dc.description.abstract	หาค่าประสิทธิผลโดยรวมของเครื่องจักรในโรงงานมอเตอร์เพื่อให้ได้ค่าประสิทธิผลโดยรวมของเครื่องจักรมีค่ามากกว่า 85% โดยที่ฝ่ายผลิตของโรงงานมีอยู่ทั้งหมด 6 แผนก ได้แก่ แผนกคอยล์ 1 แผนกคอยล์ 2 แผนกปั๊ม-ฉีด-ฝา แผนกเปลือก แผนกแกน-โรเตอร์ และแผนกประกอบ ซึ่งทุกแผนกรวมกันมี 17 สายการผลิต และมีเครื่องจักรรวมทั้งหมด 180 เครื่อง การดำเนินการโดยเก็บข้อมูลก่อนปรับปรุงเป็นเวลา 3 เดือน ตั้งแต่เดือนตุลาคม-เดือนธันวาคม 2551 โดยจะมีหัวหน้าผู้รับผิดชอบของแต่ละแผนกให้พนักงานในแต่ละสายการผลิตกรอกข้อมูลการใช้งานของเครื่องจักร ผลผลิต แต่ละเครื่องเป็นรายวัน ซึ่งผู้วิจัยนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาดำเนินหาค่าประสิทธิผล โดยรวมก่อนการปรับปรุงของแต่ละแผนกได้ดังนี้ แผนกคอยล์ 1 ได้ 79.70% แผนกคอยล์ 2 ได้ 85.11% แผนกปั๊ม-ฉีด-ฝา ได้ 67.87% แผนกเปลือก ได้ 88.62% แผนกแกน-โรเตอร์ ได้ 66.10% และแผนกประกอบได้ 64.33% รวมทุกแผนกจะได้ 75.99% เมื่อดำเนินการหาสาเหตุของการสูญเสียที่เกิดขึ้นทั้งหมด จากการใช้แผนผังพาราเรโตเพื่อแสดงสาเหตุข้อบกพร่อง และปริมาณความสูญเสียที่เกิดขึ้นแล้ว ดำเนินการใช้แผนผังก้างปลาเพื่อหาปัญหากับสาเหตุทั้งหมดที่เป็นไปได้ ซึ่งสามารถนำเสนอเป็นมาตรการปรับปรุงได้ดังนี้ 1) การปรับวิธีการคำนวณและจัดทำตารางบันทึกค่า OEE ใหม่ 2) การจัดทำเวลาการผลิตมาตรฐานของชิ้นงานพร้อมทั้งปรับปรุงค่าให้ใหม่อยู่เสมอ 3) การฝึกอบรมพนักงานเดินเครื่องจักรพร้อมทั้งการบำรุงรักษาด้วยตนเอง เมื่อดำเนินการตามมาตรการปรับปรุงแล้วเก็บข้อมูลหลังปรับปรุงเป็นเวลา 3 เดือน ตั้งแต่เดือนมกราคม-เดือนมีนาคม 2552 หลังจากนั้นหาค่าประสิทธิผลโดยรวมหลังการปรับปรุงของแต่ละแผนกได้ดังนี้ แผนกคอยล์ 1 ได้ 86.89% แผนกคอยล์ 2 ได้ 93.33% แผนกปั๊ม-ฉีด-ฝา ได้ 87.25% แผนกเปลือก ได้ 95.38% แผนกแกน-โรเตอร์ ได้ 85.51% และแผนกประกอบได้ 86.70% รวมทุกแผนกจะได้ 88.68% ซึ่งสามารถเพิ่มค่าประสิทธิผลโดยรวมของเครื่องจักรได้เป็น 12.69%	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	The objective of this thesis is about the study of over 85% improvement of overall equipment effectiveness for motor factory. The total studied departments are 6 which are Coil 1, Coil 2, Pump/Die/Cover, Frame/Painting, Shaft/Rotor and Assembly. The total production lines and numbers of machine are 17 and 180 respectively. The data collection was conducted 3 months in advance before the study from October-December 2008 by letting the chief of each department fill in the daily raw data of machine using. After that the raw data was calculated for the overall equipment effectiveness of each department; 79.70% for Coil 1, 85.11% for Coil 2, 67.87% for Pump/Die/Cover, 88.62% for Frame/Painting, 66.10% for Shaft/Rotor and 64.33% for Assembly with the average for all departments at 75.99%. Pareto and fish-bone diagram was used to analyst the cause of problem and suggested the improvement methods as follows; 1) Calculation adjustment and create standard table for OEE record. 2) Set standard production time for each product and update when it is improved. 3) Organize training course for maintenance staffs. After implementation for the improvement plan, the data collection was re-conducted for 3 months from January-March 2009. The overall equipment effectiveness was increased as follows; 86.89% for Coil 1, 93.33 % for Coil 2, 87.25 % for Pump/Die/Cover, 95.38 % for Frame/Painting, 85.51% for Shaft/Rotor and 86.70% for Assembly. The average for all departments was 88.68% which was increased at 12.69%.	en
