dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบค่าใช้จ่ายของผู้ป่วยเด็กโรคปอดอักเสบ ก่อนและหลังการใช้การจัดการผู้ป่วยรายกรณี และเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจในงานของทีมการพยาบาล ก่อนและหลังการใช้การจัดการผู้ป่วยรายกรณีในผู้ป่วยเด็กโรคปอดอักเสบ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นทีมการพยาบาลที่ปฏิบัติงานในหอผู้ป่วยเด็ก โรงพยาบาลสมิติเวช สุขุมวิท ประกอบด้วย พยาบาลวิชาชีพและผู้ช่วยพยาบาล จำนวน 10 คน และผู้ป่วยเด็กโรคปอดอักเสบ จำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แผนการอบรมและแผนการดูแลผู้ป่วยเด็กโรคปอดอักเสบ เครื่องมือเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลประกอบด้วย แบบบันทึกค่าใช้จ่ายของผู้ป่วย และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจในงาน เครื่องมือทั้งหมดได้รับการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหา โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ทดสอบค่าความเที่ยงด้วยสูตรสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคได้เท่ากับ .88 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบสถิติของ Wilcoxon matched pairs signed-ranks Test ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ค่าใช้จ่ายของผู้ป่วยเด็กโรคปอดอักเสบ หลังการใช้การจัดการผู้ป่วยรายกรณี (Mdn. = 40,805.80) น้อยกว่าก่อนการใช้การจัดการผู้ป่วยรายกรณี (Mdn. = 46,952.10) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติระดับ .05 2. ค่ามัธยฐานของความพึงพอใจในงานของทีมการพยาบาล หลังการใช้การจัดการผู้ป่วยรายกรณีในผู้ป่วยเด็กโรคปอดอักเสบ (Mdn. = 4.67) สูงกว่าก่อนการใช้การจัดการผู้ป่วยรายกรณีในผู้ป่วยเด็กโรคปอดอักเสบ (Mdn. = 3.57) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติระดับ .05	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this quasi experimental research was to compare cost and job satisfaction of nursing team before and after using case management in children with pneumonia. Research sample consisted of 10 members of nursing team from pediatrics unit in Samitivej sukhumvit hospital consisted of professional nurse, practical nurse and 30 childrens with pneumonia. Research instruments were training plan, clinical pathway of pneumonia in children. Research data was obtained by cost record and job satisfaction of nursing team questionnaires and all instruments have been tested for content validity and reliability. The Cronbach,s alpha coefficient of the questionnaire was .88. The data was analyzed by percentile, mean, standard deviation and Wilcoxon matched pairs signed-ranks test. The major findings were as follow: 1. Cost of the children with pneumonia after using case management (Mdn. = 40,805.80) was significantly less than before (Mdn. = 46,952.10) at the level .05. 2. The median score nursing team job satisfaction of group using case management in children with pneumonia (Mdn. = 4.67) was significantly higher than before experiment (Mdn. = 3.57) at the level .05.	en
