dc.description.abstract	ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาหลักสูตรศิลปศึกษาท้องถิ่น เรื่องผ้าทอนาหมื่นศรี ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนจำนวน 71 คน ครูผู้สอนสาระทัศนศิลป์จำนวน 28 คน ปราชญ์ท้องถิ่นจำนวน 10 คน ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนและตัวแทนชุมชนรวมจำนวน 10 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์โดยการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน สำหรับนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาจังหวัดตรัง กลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การศึกษาสภาพหรือข้อมูลพื้นฐาน ควรศึกษาครบทุกด้าน ควรให้ชุมชนเป็นผู้รวบรวมข้อมูลเพราะจะทำให้ได้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องและครอบคลุมมากที่สุด 2. การกำหนดจุดมุ่งหมายของหลักสูตร ควรกำหนดจุดมุ่งหมายให้ครบทั้ง 3 ด้านคือ พุทธพิสัย เจตคติและทักษะพิสัย ควรให้ชุมชนมีส่วนร่วมให้มากที่สุด และควรกำหนดหน้าที่รับผิดชอบให้ชัดเจน จะทำให้ได้หลักสูตรที่ตอบสนองความต้องการของชุมชน 3. การกำหนดเนื้อหาสาระควรกำหนดให้สอดคล้องกับจุดมุ่งหมายของหลักสูตร ควรให้กลุ่มคนหลากหลายในท้องถิ่นมีส่วนร่วมในการให้ข้อคิดเห็น และตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเนื้อหาสาระ 4. การกำหนดเกณฑ์การวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ ควรให้มีการประเมินการเรียนรู้ทั้ง 3 ด้าน คือ ด้านพุทธพิสัย เจตคติและทักษะพิสัย ชุมชนควรมีส่วนร่วมในการกำหนดเกณฑ์ในการประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ของผู้เรียน และร่วมกับครูในการประเมินผลงานผู้เรียนและใช้ ควรให้ปราชญ์มีส่วนร่วมในการประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียน 5. การนำหลักสูตรไปจัดตารางสอนให้เหมาะสมกับชั่วโมงสอนของครู และการใช้อาคารสถานที่ ควรจัดผู้สอนอย่างเหมาะสมกับหลักสูตรท้องถิ่น ครูผู้สอนควรศึกษาหลักสูตรให้เข้าใจและมีการเตรียมการสอน ควรให้ชุมชนมีส่วนร่วมในการวางแผนจัดกิจกรรม และเตรียมอุปกรณ์เครื่องมือในการสอน และควรเชิญปราชญ์ท้องถิ่นมาให้ความรู้นักเรียนในโรงเรียน หรือพานักเรียนไปในสถานที่จริง 6. การประเมินผลการใช้หลักสูตร ควรประเมินทั้งเอกสารหลักสูตร การนำหลักสูตรไปใช้และควรประเมินผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของผู้เรียน ควรตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมของหลักสูตรท้องถิ่นกับผู้เรียน ผู้ปกครองและชุมชนควรมีส่วนร่วมในการประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียน โดยการแนะนำจากครูเกี่ยวกับเกณฑ์ในการประเมิน ข้อสังเกตเพิ่มเติม โรงเรียน ปราชญ์ท้องถิ่น และชุมชนมีความคิดเห็นสอดคล้องกันในความร่วมมือกันทุกด้าน และทุกขั้นตอน และมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างกันอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อให้ได้หลักสูตรที่มีประโยชน์สูงสุดต่อผู้เรียน	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	To study the guidelines to develop a local art education curriculum by community participation on Pha tho na muen si for lower secondary school students in the schools under Trang education service. The research population included 71 administrators, 28 art teachers, 10 local art scholars and 10 parents and community agents. Research instruments were in the forms of questionnaires and interview. The data were analyzed by percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The result of the research were found that 1.Studying the state or basic information of Pha tho na muen si: should gather in all aspects, should ask the community to be responsible to collect the data in which would be fully covered. 2. Defining curriculum objectives: should define in all domains; Cognitive Domain, Affective Domain and Psychomotor Domain; should give the community participation; and define clearly the responsibilities of all agents so the community will get the curriculum they want. 3. Defining curriculum contents: should define the contents covering the objectives of the curriculum; should provide opportunities for the various groups of people in the community to express opinions and check the contents. 4. Defining criteria for measurement and evaluation: should evaluate in all domains: Cognitive Domain, Affective Domain and Psychomotor Domain; the community should share and cooperate with the teacher in designing criteria for students’ learning evaluation; and local art scholars should participate in evaluating students. 5. Curriculum implementation: should define timetable with appropriate time and space for teaching; should assign suitable teacher to teach the subject; the teacher should be well prepared teach the subject; should provide the community an opportunity to participate, to plan the activities and to prepare equipments for the lessons; and should invite local art scholars to share knowledge in the school or to take students to experience actual places. 6. Evaluating curriculum implementation: should reveal curriculum document, curriculum implementation and should evaluate students’ learning achievement, should check the suitability of local art subject in accordance with the students; and parents and the community should participate in learning evaluation of students in which the teacher would explain the evaluation criteria. Additional findings: school, local art scholars, and community have agreement upon the important of cooperation in all aspects, and interaction of all groups for the purpose of the most useful curriculum for the students.	en
