dc.description.abstract	ศึกษาประสบการณ์ของครอบครัวในการดูแลวัยรุ่นที่พยายามฆ่าตัวตาย โดยใช้วิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพตามแนวคิดปรากฏการณ์วิทยาของ Hesserl Phenomenology (Koch, 1995) ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครอบครัวที่มีประสบการณ์ในการดูแลวัยรุ่นที่พยายามฆ่าตัวตาย จำนวน 3 ครอบครัวที่อาศัยอยู่ในจังหวัดสกลนคร มีผู้ให้ข้อมูลจำนวน 7 ราย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล โดยการสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึกและการบันทึกเทป นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาถอดความแบบคำต่อคำ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลตามวิธีการของ Colaizi (1978 cite in Holloway and Wheeler, 1996) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ประสบการณ์ของครอบครัวในการดูแลวัยรุ่นที่พยายามฆ่าตัวตาย สรุปได้ 4 ประเด็นหลัก และ 9 ประเด็นย่อย คือ ประเด็นที่ 1 ปกป้องเอาใจใส่อย่างใกล้ชิดแยกได้ เป็น 3 ประเด็นย่อย ได้แก่ เฝ้าระวังไม่ให้ทำร้ายตนเอง ให้คำปรึกษา/คอยให้คำแนะนำในทุกๆ เรื่อง และหาเวลาว่างเพื่อพูดคุย ประเด็นที่ 2 สร้างความเข้มแข็ง สามารถแยกย่อย ได้เป็น 2 ประเด็นย่อย คือ ดูแลด้านสุขภาพร่างกาย และสร้างความรู้สึกว่าเป็นคนสำคัญ ประเด็นที่ 3 สร้างเกราะกำบังไม่ซ้ำรอยเดิม สามารถแยกย่อยได้เป็น 2 ประเด็นย่อย คือ ให้อภัยในสิ่งที่ผิดพลาด และเรียนรู้ยอมรับกันและกัน และประเด็นที่ 4 ย้ำเตือนความผูกพันด้วยรัก สามารถแยกย่อยได้เป็น 2 ประเด็นย่อย คือ บอกให้ชัดว่ารัก และพร้อมจะอยู่เคียงข้างกัน ผลการศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ ทำให้เข้าใจประสบการณ์ของครอบครัวในการดูแลวัยรุ่นที่พยายามฆ่าตัวตายมากยิ่งขึ้น เกิดความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับความหมายของการดูแล ตลอดจนผลกระทบที่เกิดขึ้นในครอบครัว เป็นแนวทางในการปฏิบัติการพยาบาล แก่วัยรุ่นที่พยายามฆ่าตัวตายและครอบครัวเป็นแนวทางในการวิจัยทางการพยาบาล ในการพัฒนาการพยาบาลอย่างองค์รวม	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	To discover experience of families in caring for suicide attempted adolescents. A qualitative method of Husserl Phenomenology (Koch,1995) was applied as methodology of this study. The key informants were 7 persons in 3 families experiencing caring suicide attempted adolescents who lived in Sakonnakhon province. Data collected by in-depth interview which were tape-recorded and transcribed verbatim. The Colaizi's method (1978 cited in Holloway and Wheeler, 1996) was applied of data analysis. The finding revealed that experience of families in caring for suicide attempted adolescents could be concluded into four major themes and nine sub-themes: 1 Giving close attention and protection with three sub-themes,i.e. surveillance for suicide act, providing counseling and advice whenever needed, and purposely arranging time for conversation; 2. Building strength with two sub-themes, i.e. caring for physical health, and increasing feeling of being a significant person; 3. Establishing new shelter with two sub-themes,i.e. forgiving the past, and learning to accept each other; 4. Confirming unconditional love with two sub-thems,i.e. outspoken of love, and indicating willingness to be side by side. This study provided background knowledge for designing nursing care plan for families of suicide attempted adolescents aiming suicidal prevention and designing future research to improving holistic nursing care.	en
