| Abstract: | สภาพแวดล้อมของแหล่งท่องเที่ยวหลายแห่งในประเทศไทยกำลังถูกพัฒนาและส่งเสริมให้เกิดการท่องเที่ยวมากขึ้น การพัฒนาดังกล่าวอาจส่งผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมและชุมชนในหลายด้าน หากการพัฒนาพื้นที่ไม่ได้คำนึงถึงการอนุรักษ์คุณค่าที่แท้จริงของแหล่งท่องเที่ยว โดยเฉพาะสภาพแวดล้อมทางธรรมชาติที่มีความแตกต่างในแต่ละพื้นที่ วนอุทยานโกสัมพีเป็นแหล่งท่องเที่ยวที่สำคัญแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดมหาสารคาม มีลักษณะทางกายภาพเป็นป่าในพื้นที่ชุ่มน้ำ หรือ “ป่าบุ่งป่าทาม” ซึ่งตั้งอยู่ริมแม่น้ำชี เป็นพื้นที่ที่มีความสำคัญหลายด้าน ทั้งด้านระบบนิเวศ วิถีชีวิต และความเชื่อของคนในชุมชนท้องถิ่นมาช้านาน หลังจากการประกาศให้เป็นพื้นที่อนุรักษ์ของกรมป่าไม้ วนอุทยานโกสัมพีจึงกลายเป็นสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวที่ได้รับความนิยมจากนักท่องเที่ยวจำนวนมาก การพัฒนาพื้นที่เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการในการใช้งานจึงเกิดขึ้น จากสถานการณ์ดังกล่าวทำให้มีความสนใจในการศึกษาเกี่ยวกับองค์ประกอบทางภูมิทัศน์ที่สำคัญของวนอุทยานโกสัมพี เพื่อวิเคราะห์สภาพปัญหาที่มีผลกระทบต่อการอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อมของพื้นที่ โดยมีจุดมุ่งหมายคือการหาแนวทางที่เหมาะสมในการพัฒนาและฟื้นฟูภูมิทัศน์วนอุทยานโกสัมพี การวิจัยนี้มีแนวคิดหลักคือการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน โดยกรอบแนวคิดในการวิจัยเกี่ยวข้องกับประเด็นที่จะศึกษาใน 3 ประเด็น คือ การอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อม การส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีให้แก่ชุมชน และการส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยว เพื่อนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์หาแนวทางในการพัฒนาและฟื้นฟูภูมิทัศน์วนอุทยานโกสัมพี ข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับประเด็นดังกล่าวได้มาจากการทบทวนเอกสาร การสังเกตการณ์และการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง โดยให้ความสำคัญเกี่ยวกับประเด็นปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพัฒนาภูมิทัศน์ในพื้นที่ จากการศึกษาพบว่าการพัฒนาที่เกิดขึ้นในปัจจุบัน ยังไม่มีการคำนึงถึงลักษณะสภาพแวดล้อมทางธรรมชาติเท่าที่ควร โดยเฉพาะสิ่งก่อสร้างในพื้นที่ที่ยังมีรูปแบบที่ไม่เหมาะสมกับสภาพแวดล้อมของป่าบุ่งป่าทาม ในด้านสังคมพบว่าชุมชนท้องถิ่นมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาพื้นที่มาโดยตลอด และมีความตระหนักในการรักษาสิ่งแวดล้อมเพิ่มมากขึ้น ในด้านการท่องเที่ยว ความสะดวก ความสะอาด และความปลอดภัยเป็นสิ่งควรได้ปรับปรุงเพื่อให้สามารถตอบสนองความต้องการของนักท่องเที่ยวได้มากขึ้น นอกจากนี้ควรมีการพัฒนาภูมิทัศน์เพื่อส่งเสริมจิตสำนึกในการอนุรักษ์สภาพแวดล้อม และส่งเสริมด้านการเรียนรู้แก่นักท่องเที่ยวให้มากขึ้น จากการศึกษาดังกล่าวทำให้ได้แนวทางในการพัฒนาและฟื้นฟูภูมิทัศน์ที่เหมาะสม กับสภาพปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นกับวนอุทยานโกสัมพี |
| Other Abstract: | Nowadays, the environment of many tourist attractions in Thailand is developed and promoted for tourism. The development, however, might affect the environment and communities if such improvement does not think over conservation of real value of the tourist attractions, especially different natural environments in each area. Kosampi Forest Park, anyway, is an important tourist attraction in Maha Sarakham Province. It is Seasonal Flooded Forest or “Pa Bung Pa Tam” nearly Chii River. It has also been significant for ecosystem, way of life and belief of local communities for a long time. After being announced as protected area of Royal Forest Department, Kosamphi Forest Park becomes a very popular tourist place, therefore, the area development plan is created to response the tourists needs. According to this situation, it is necessary to explore considerable landscape elements of Kosamphi Forest Park to analyze the problem conditions affecting the environment conservation and the real value maintenance in the specified areas. The purposes of this study are to find suitable resolution for the development and restore the landscape of Kosamphi Forest Park. The main concept of this research was sustainable development while the framework consists of 3 topics including the environmental conservation, the promotion on better quality of life for the local communities and tourism. The collected data was analyzed to define the resolution for development and landscape restoration of Kosamphi Forest Park. Besides, other information related to these topics was gathered from literature review, observation and interview with concerned people by emphasizing the issues involved with the landscape development in the areas. The results found that the present improvement did not consider the natural environment as expected, especially buildings in the location which were not appropriate with the surroundings in Seasonal Flooded Forest. To the society, the local communities had thoroughly participated into the development and they were also more aware of the environment conservation. To the tourism, the improvement of convenience, cleanness and safety was required to response the tourists needs. Moreover, there should be the landscape development to create the consciousness and promote the learning for the tourists. Regarding to the results, it was possible to find the proper resolution for development and landscape restoration for the problem conditions of Kosamphi Forest Park. |
