dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการรับรู้อาการหูแว่วในผู้ป่วยจิตเภท ก่อนและหลังได้รับโปรแกรมการบำบัดทางความคิดและพฤติกรรมแบบกลุ่ม และเปรียบเทียบการรับรู้อาการหูแว่วของผู้ป่วยจิตเภท ระหว่างกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ป่วยจิตเภทที่มีอาการหูแว่ว จำนวน 40 คน แบ่งเป็น กลุ่มทดลอง 20 คน และกลุ่มควบคุม 20 คน ด้วยการจับคู่ตามคะแนนอาการประสาทหลอนทางหู กลุ่มทดลองได้รับโปรแกรมการบำบัดทางความคิดและพฤติกรรมแบบกลุ่มที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น ส่วนกลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการดูแลตามปกติ โดยเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ โปรแกรมการบำบัดทางความคิดและพฤติกรรมสำหรับผู้ป่วยจิตเภทที่มีอาการหูแว่ว แบบสอบถามการรับรู้อาการหูแว่ว ซึ่งได้ตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 5 ท่าน ค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามการรับรู้อาการหูแว่วเท่ากับ .89 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติทดสอบที (t-test) ผลการวิจัยที่สำคัญสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. การรับรู้อาการหูแว่วของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทภายหลังได้รับโปรแกรมการบำบัดทางความคิดและพฤติกรรมแบบกลุ่ม น้อยกว่าก่อนได้รับโปรแกรมการบำบัดทางความคิดและพฤติกรรมแบบกลุ่มอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ.05 2. การรับรู้อาการหูแว่วของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทกลุ่มที่ได้รับโปรแกรมการบำบัดทางความคิดและพฤติกรรมแบบกลุ่ม น้อยกว่าผู้ป่วยจิตเภทกลุ่มที่ได้รับการดูแลตามปกติอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ.05	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this quasi-experimental research were to compare perception of auditory hallucination of schizophrenic patients before and after received group cognitive behavior therapy program, and to compare perception of auditory hallucination of schizophrenic patients who received the group cognitive behavior therapy program, and those who received regular caring activities. Forty schizophrenic patients with auditory hallucination were randomly assigned into control group and experimental group by matching with the level of auditory hallucination. Research instruments were group cognitive behavior therapy program for schizophrenic patients with auditory hallucination and perception of auditory hallucination questionnaires which were examined for content validity by 5 professional experts. The reliability of the questionnaire was .89. The data was analyzed by mean, standard deviation and t-test. Major finding were as follows: 1. The perception of auditory hallucination of schizophrenic patients after received group cognitive behavior therapy program was significantly lower than before experiment, at the .05 level. 2. The perception of auditory hallucination of schizophrenic patients who received group cognitive behavior therapy program was significantly lower than those of patients who received regular caring activities, at the .05 level.	en
