| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาตัวประกอบองค์กรที่มีชีวิตของโรงพยาบาลมหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาโททางการพยาบาลขึ้นไป ในโรงพยาบาลมหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐ 7 แห่ง จำนวน 348 คน โดยวิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามตัวประกอบองค์กรที่มีชีวิต ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ และทดสอบความเที่ยงด้วยวิธีสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของคอนบราค ได้ค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .96 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการใช้การวิเคราะห์ตัวประกอบ สกัดตัวประกอบด้วยวิธีตัวประกอบหลัก และหมุนแกนแบบออโธโกนอล ด้วยวิธี แวริแมกซ์ ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ ตัวประกอบองค์กรที่มีชีวิตของโรงพยาบาลมหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐ มี 6 ตัวประกอบ บรรยายด้วย 54 ตัวแปร มีค่าความแปรปรวนรวมกัน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 64.04 โดยมีตัวประกอบ ดังนี้ 1. ด้านมีสัมพันธภาพที่ดีต่อกัน เป็นตัวประกอบองค์กรที่มีชีวิตที่สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ ร้อยละ 24.59 มีตัวแปรที่อธิบายตัวประกอบ จำนวน 23 ตัวแปร 2. ด้านพร้อมรับการเปลี่ยนแปลง เป็นตัวประกอบองค์กรที่มีชีวิตที่สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ ร้อยละ 11.36 มีตัวแปรที่อธิบายตัวประกอบ จำนวน 9 ตัวแปร 3. ด้านการพัฒนาวิชาการและงานวิจัย เป็นตัวประกอบองค์กรที่มีชีวิตที่สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 11.19 มีตัวแปรที่อธิบายตัวประกอบ จำนวน 9 ตัวแปร 4. ด้านมีความยืดหยุ่น เป็นตัวประกอบองค์กรที่มีชีวิตที่สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 7.14 มีตัวแปรที่อธิบายตัวประกอบ จำนวน 7 ตัวแปร 5. ด้านเป็นองค์กรเปิด เป็นตัวประกอบองค์กรที่มีชีวิตที่สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 4.99 มีตัวแปรที่อธิบายตัวประกอบ จำนวน 3 ตัวแปร 6. ด้านมีรูปแบบการสื่อสารที่หลากหลาย เป็นตัวประกอบองค์กรที่มีชีวิตที่สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 4.77 มีตัวแปรที่อธิบายตัวประกอบ จำนวน 3 ตัวแปร | en |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this research was to study the factors contributing to living organization of government university hospitals. The sample consisted of 348 master degree nurses from 7 government university hospitals. The questionnaire was tested for content validity and reliability. The Cronbach,s Alpha coefficient was 0.96. The data were analyzed by using Principle Component Extraction and Orthogonal Rotation with Varimax Method. The research findings were as follows: There were 6 significant factors of living organization of government university hospitals and described by 54 items accounting for 64.04% of variances. The factors named from exploratory factor analysis were: 1. Good relationship described by 23 items accounted for 24.59% of variances. 2. Accept to change described by 9 items accounted for 11.36% of variances. 3. Academic and research development described by 9 items accounted for 11.19% of variances. 4. Flexible described by 7 items accounted for 7.14% of variances. 5. Open organization described by 3 items accounted for 4.99% of variances. 6.
