dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ตัวประกอบลักษณะโรงพยาบาลที่ดึงดูดใจพยาบาลวิชาชีพและศึกษาตัวแปรที่อธิบายตัวประกอบลักษณะโรงพยาบาลที่ดึงดูดใจพยาบาลวิชาชีพ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานตั้งแต่ 5 ปีขึ้นไป ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลของรัฐที่มีจำนวนเตียงตั้งแต่ 500 เตียงขึ้นไป ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 520 คน ได้จากการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามที่พัฒนาขึ้นจากการทบทวนวรรณกรรมและจากผลการศึกษาของสุภาณี คงชุม (2550) ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ และทดสอบความเที่ยงของเครื่องมือโดยใช้สูตรสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาของครอนบาค ได้ค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.99 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยวิธีการวิเคราะห์ตัวประกอบหลัก (Principal Component analysis) และหมุนแกนตัวประกอบแบบออโธโกนอล (Orthogonal) ด้วยวิธีแวริแมกซ์ (Varimax) ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ ตัวประกอบลักษณะโรงพยาบาลที่ดึงดูดใจพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลรัฐ กรุงเทพมหานคร มีจำนวน 4 ตัวประกอบ 92 ตัวแปร สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 69.05 โดยมีตัวประกอบดังต่อไปนี้ 1. รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการและภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหาร เป็นตัวประกอบลักษณะโรงพยาบาลที่ดึงดูดใจพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ที่สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้มากที่สุดคือร้อยละ 29.13 มีตัวแปรที่อธิบายตัวประกอบ จำนวน 45 ตัวแปร 2. การปฏิบัติการพยาบาลอย่างมีเอกสิทธิ์ในวิชาชีพ เป็นตัวประกอบลักษณะโรงพยาบาลที่ดึงดูดใจพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ที่สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 26.24 มีตัวแปรที่อธิบายตัวประกอบ จำนวน 37 ตัวแปร 3. สภาพแวดล้อมของโรงพยาบาล เป็นตัวประกอบลักษณะโรงพยาบาลที่ดึงดูดใจพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ที่สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 7.74 มีตัวแปรที่อธิบายตัวประกอบจำนวน 6 ตัวแปร 4. โครงสร้างองค์กรพยาบาล เป็นตัวประกอบลักษณะโรงพยาบาลที่ดึงดูดใจพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ที่สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 5.93 มีจำนวนตัวแปรที่อธิบายตัวประกอบ จำนวน 4 ตัวแปร	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this research was to explore a factor analysis of the characteristics of magnet hospital for professional nurses. The participants were 520 professional nurses who had at least 5 years experience in governmental hospitals in Bangkok. The questionnaire was developed by integration of the literature review and research by Supanee Kongchum (2007). The content validity was approved by a panel of experts and reliability was 0.99 based on Cronbah’s alpha coefficient method. The data were analyzed using Principal components extraction and orthogonal rotation with Varimax method. The research findings were as follows : There were four significant factors of characteristics of the magnet hospitals for professional nurses was described by 92 items accounting for 69.05 % of total variances: 1. Management style and leadership was described by 45 items accounting for 29.13 %. 2. The autonomy of professionals practice was described by 37 items accounting for 26.24 %. 3. Hospital environment was described by 6 items accounting for 7.74 %. 4. Structure of nursing organization was described by 4 items accounting for 5.93%.	en
