dc.description.abstractการวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารการพิมพ์โดยไมโครคอมพิวเตอร์ใช้ในการควบคุมระบบการพิมพ์งาน ปัจจุบันนี้โรงพิมพ์ต่างๆ ยังไม่สามารถควบคุมกำหนดการพิมพ์งานได้อย่างเต็มที่ เนื่องจากขาดระบบข้อมูลภายในโรงพิมพ์และข้อมูลต่างๆ ของโรงพิมพ์มีเป็นจำนวนมาก ทั้งยังมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อมูลการพิมพ์งานอยู่เรื่อยๆ ทำให้การบริหารและการปฏิบัติงานไม่สามารถดำเนินไปได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพผู้วิจัยจึงได้ศึกษารายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับระบบการพิมพ์และโรงพิมพ์ หาความต้องการของการบริหารในส่วนของข้อมูลสนับสนุน วิเคราะห์ปัญหาตลอดจนออกแบบและสร้างระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารการพิมพ์ขึ้นโดยใช้ไมโครคอมพิวเตอร์เป็นเครื่องมือในการปฏิบัติการ ผู้วิจัยได้ออกแบบรายงานสารสนเทศต่างๆ สิ่งนำเข้า แฟ้มข้อมูล ตลอดจนขบวนการต่างๆ โดยใช้ภาษาเบสิกเป็นภาษาคอมพิวเตอร์ในการสร้างโปรแกรมที่ใช้ในการสร้างแฟ้มข้อมูลอัพเดทแฟ้มข้อมูลและออกรายงานต่างๆ ซึ่งได้นำเสนอไว้ในวิทยานิพนธ์นี้แล้ว สำหรับตัวอย่างข้อมูลที่ใช้ในการสร้างและทดสอบในระบบนี้ ได้ใช้ข้อมูลจริงจากโรงพิมพ์ที่มีชื่อเสียงแห่งหนึ่ง ระบบสารสนเทศที่สร้างขึ้นนี้จะทำให้ทราบระบบการพิมพ์ และเวลาที่ใช้ในการพิมพ์งานต่างๆ อย่างถูกต้องและทันต่อเหตุการณ์อันจะช่วยให้การบริหารการพิมพ์ดำเนินไปอย่างราบรื่นและมีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น-
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purpose of this research is to develop a management Information system for publication operation by employing microcomputer in scheduling publishing jobs. At .present most printing houses are not capable of controlling printing schedules fully due to lack of internal management information system and the vast amount of information in publishing establishment. Moreover, printing information is being changed continuously, causing inefficiency in management and operation. Consequently, the researcher studied the details of printing system and establishments to determine the needs in management requiring supportive information. Problems were duly analyzed and management information system was designed, using microcomputer in operation. The researcher designed information nreports inputs, files and process. BASIC language was used in constructing programs, creating, updating and reporting as presented in this thesis. The system would provide printing schedule and ascertain time needed for each printing job with accuracy and appropriate for conditions which would facilitate smooth and effective printing operations.-
