dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมป้องกันภาวะแทรกซ้อนก่อนและหลังได้รับการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจ ของผู้สูงอายุที่มีโรคความดันโลหิตสูงชนิดไม่ทราบสาเหตุและเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมการป้องกันภาวะแทรกซ้อน ระหว่างกลุ่มที่ได้รับการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจ กับกลุ่มที่ได้รับการพยาบาลปกติ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้สูงอายุที่มีโรคความดันโลหิตสูง ชนิดไม่ทราบสาเหตุ ที่มารับการที่รักษาในคลินิกโรคความดันโลหิตสูง แผนกผู้ป่วยนอก โรงพยาบาลสมเด็จพระยุพราชเวียงสระ จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี จำนวน 40 ราย จัดเข้ากลุ่มควบคุม 20 ราย และกลุ่มทดลอง 20 ราย โดยให้มีลักษณะเหมือนกันในด้านเพศ อายุ และระดับคะแนนพลังอำนาจ โดยกลุ่มทดลองได้รับโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจ และกลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ โปรแกรมเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบประเมินพฤติกรรมป้องกันภาวะแทรกซ้อน ได้ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหา จากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 5 ท่าน ได้ค่าดัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อหาเท่ากับ .88 และหาความเที่ยงได้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟา ของครอนบาค เท่ากับ 0.78 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. พฤติกรรมป้องกันภาวะแทรกซ้อนของผู้สูงอายุโรคความดันโลหิตสูง ชนิดไม่ทราบสาเหตุที่ได้รับโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจ หลังการทดลองมีพฤติกรรมป้องกันภาวะแทรกซ้อนสูงกว่าก่อนทดลอง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2. พฤติกรรมป้องกันภาวะแทรกซ้อนของผู้สูงอายุโรคความดันโลหิตสูง ชนิดไม่ทราบสาเหตุที่ได้รับโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจ หลังการทดลองมีพฤติกรรมการป้องกันภาวะแทรกซ้อนสูงกว่ากลุ่มที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this quasi- experimental research were 1) to compare the complication preventive behavior in experimental group before and after receive the program and 2) to compare the complication preventive behavior between the experimental group and control group. Forty older people with essential hypertension from the hypertension clinic at Weingsra Crown Prince Hospital were assigned into experimental group and control group by using matched pair with sex, age and power. There were 20 older people in each group, the experimental group received empowerment program while the control group received conventional care. The experimental instrument was the empowerment program and was tested for validity. The instrument for collecting data was the complication preventive behavior and was tested for validity with content validity index of 0.88 by 5 experts. The reliability tested with Cronbach’s Alpha Coefficient was .78. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. The findings were as follows: 1. The complication preventive behavior in the experimental group after received the empowerment program was found significant higher than those before received the empowerment program at level of .05 2.The complication preventive behavior in experimental group and control group were found significant at level of .05.	en
