dc.description.abstract	วัตถุประสงค์ การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อประเมินหลักสูตรการภาพบำบัด คณะแพทยศาสตร์ศิริราช โดยใช้แบบจำลองชิป ประเมินบริบท ปัจจัยเบื้องต้น กระบวนการและการผลิตผลของหลักสูตร เพื่อสนองแนวทางในการปรับปรุงและพัฒนาหลักสูตร วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย ในส่วนที่เกี่ยวกับการประเมินบริบท ผู้วิจัยได้ศึกษาข้อมูลเอกสารหลักสูตร แบบสอบถาม ผู้เชี่ยวชาญหลักสูตร อาจารย์นักศึกษา และบัณฑิต และสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญหลักสูตรส่วนที่เกี่ยวกับปัจจัยเบื้องต้นศึกษาข้อมูลจากเอกสาร และแบบสอบถามอาจารย์และนักศึกษาส่วนที่เกี่ยวกับการประเมินกระบวนการศึกษาข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถาม อาจารย์ และนักศึกษาและการประเมินผลิตผล ศึกษาข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถามและการสัมภาษณ์หัวหน้าผู้รับผิดชอบนักกายภาพบำบัดกลุ่มประชากรสำหรับการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้แก่ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญหลักสูตร อาจารย์ นักศึกษาบัณฑิต และหัวหน้าผู้รับผิดชอบนักกายภาพบำบัด เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม 5 ชุด และแบบสัมภาษณ์ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่า ที – เทสท์ วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว และทดสอบระหว่างคู่ด้วยวิธีเซฟเฟ ผลการวิจัย จากการศึกษาข้อมูลเอกสารหลักสูตร การสำรวจสถานภาพ การสัมภาษณ์ และการส่งแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็น ได้ผลการประเมินหลักสูตรในแต่ละด้านดังนี้ การประเมินบริบท จุดมุ่งหมายของหลักสูตรเป็นจุดมุ่งหมายในระดับทั่วไป เป็นจุดมุ่งหมายที่ระบุให้ผู้เรียนได้พัฒนาด้านสติปัญญาความสามารถ ด้านทัศนคติค่านิยมในการประกอบวิชาชีพ และด้านทักษะและความชำนาญในการประกอบวิชาชีพ โครงสร้างของหลักสูตรเน้นทางด้านทฤษฎีมากกว่าด้านปฏิบัติ การประเมินปัจจัยเบื้อต้น ปัจจัยที่สนับสนุนการนำหลักสูตรไปใช้ไม่เหมาะสมเท่าที่ควร เพราอาจารย์ทำหน้าที่ด้านวิจัย และบริการวิชาการค่อนข้างต่ำ สัดส่วนวุฒิของอาจารย์ประจำต่ำกว่าเกณฑ์มาตรฐานของทบวงมหาวิทยาลัย นอกจากนี้อุปกรณ์การเรียนการสอน ตำรา และสถานที่เรียน ไม่เพียงพอกับนักศึกษา แต่สัมฤทธิผลการเรียนของนักศึกษาอยู่ในระดับดี การประเมินผลิตผล หัวหน้าผู้รับผิดชอบนักกายภาพบำบัด เห็นว่าผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาเป็นผู้มีความสามรถ มีทัศคติที่ดีมีคุณธรรมในการประกอบอาชีพ มีทักษะและความชำนาญในการปฏิบัติงานตะรางตามจุดมุ่งหมายของหลักสูตร แต่ก็ยังต้องการให้ผลิตผลของหลักสูตรมีคุณลักษณะสูงกว่าที่เป็นจริง ข้อเสนอแนะ แนวทางในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรควรจะเริ่มต้นที่การปรับโครงสร้างของหลักสูตร อาจารย์ผู้ที่นำหลักสูตรไปใช้จะต้องศึกษาหลักสูตร และปฏิบัติจามจุดมุ่งหมายที่กำหนดไว้ ควรเพิ่มการเรียนการสอนภาคปฏิบัติให้มากขึ้น ปรับปรุงเนื้อหาให้สอดคล้อง และเหมาะสมกับจุดมุ่งหมายของหลักสูตร สำหรับตัวอาจารย์เองควรปรับปรุงด้านวุฒิ และภาระงานให้สูงขึ้น อุปกรณ์การเรียนการสอน จะต้องมีเพียงพอกับจำนวนนักศึกษา ควรจัดอบรมอาจารย์เพื่อพัฒนาด้านการเรียนการสอน และติดตามผลการปฏิบัติงานของบัณฑิต	-
dc.description.abstractalternative	Objectives of the study The objectives of the study were: to evaluate the Physcial Therapy Curriculum of the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital Mahidol University by using CIPP Model evaluated the context input process and product of the curriculum to present the guideline for curriculum development. Procedure of the Study The data were collected from the study of curriculum materials the survey of instructors and students status and teaching – learning situation the interview and the survey of opinion of curriculum experts instructors students graduates and graduates supervisors concerning curriculum objectives and structure teaching – learning situation and graduates characteristics. The population of the study were selected groups of experts in physical therapy curriculum instructors students graduates and graduates supervisors. One interview schedule and five types of questionnaire were used in the study. Percentages arithmetic means standard deviation t-test one – way analysis of variance and Scheffe’s test were employed to analyze the obtained data. Results of the Study The results of the study were the following Context Evaluation The objectives of the curriculum were stated in general from of developing cognitive and psychomotor domain. The curriculum structure emphasized too more theory. Input Evaluation The ratio of instructors degrees was not met the standard of faculty in higher education department as stated by the Ministry of University Affair. Most of the instructors role were emphasized in teaching. They did not fully function in academic service and doing research. Nevertheless the students achievement were quite good. Both the instructors and the students pointed out that teaching – learning material were inadequate. Process Evaluation According to the instructors opinion teaching and learning situation were appropriate. However the students rate some activities significantly different from the instructors rating. Product Evaluation The graduates characteristics were rated quite high by their supervisors. The graduates actual characteristics however were significant lower than the desirable characteristics. Recommendation The physical therapy curriculum development should begin at the revision of the curriculum structure. The instructors should study how to implement the curriculum according to the stated objectives . They should increase more practice in teaching – learning activities and materials. The projects of faculty development and graduate follow – up study were recommended.	-
