| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสุขภาวะของพยาบาลประจำการ ความสัมพันธ์และปัจจัยพยากรณ์สุขภาวะของพยาบาลประจำการ โรงพยาบาลทั่วไป กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ พยาบาลประจำการที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลทั่วไป จำนวน 482 คน เลือกโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล (อายุ ลักษณะการทำงาน) คุณค่าในงาน วิทยาการจัดสภาพงาน ความเครียดในงาน และสุขภาวะของพยาบาลประจำการ แบบสอบถามทั้งหมดผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาและวิเคราะห์ ค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามคุณค่าในงาน วิทยาการจัดสภาพงาน ความเครียดในงาน และสุขภาวะได้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาเท่ากับ .92, .80, .93 และ .93 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ไคสแควร์ ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบเพิ่มตัวแปรเป็นขั้นตอน ผลวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. สุขภาวะของพยาบาลประจำการ โรงพยาบาลทั่วไป อยู่ในระดับดี ( =3.94, SD = 0.52) 2. คุณค่าในงาน วิทยาการจัดสภาพงาน และอายุ มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับสุขภาวะของพยาบาลประจำการอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r = .159, .179, .245 ตามลำดับ, p<.05) ส่วนลักษณะการทำงานเป็นเวรผลัดและความเครียดในงานมีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับสุขภาวะของพยาบาลประจำการ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r = -.271 และ -.429 ตามลำดับ, p<.05) 3. ตัวแปรที่สามารถพยากรณ์สุขภาวะของพยาบาลประจำการ ได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .05 คือ ความเครียดในงาน อายุ คุณค่าในงานและวิทยาการจัดสภาพงาน โดยสามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์สุขภาวะของพยาบาลประจำการได้ร้อยละ 28.4 (R2 =.284) มีสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน ดังนี้ สุขภาวะ = – .392 ความเครียดในงาน + .222 อายุ + .152 คุณค่าในงาน + .128 วิทยาการจัดสภาพงาน | en |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research were to examine health of staff nurses; and to analyze relationships and predictors of health of staff nurses, general hospitals. Research subjects consisted of 482 staff nurses who were selected by multi-stage sampling. Research instruments were Personal Factors including age, shift work and Work Values (WV), Ergonomic (ER), Job Stress (JS) and Health Questionnaires. All instruments were examined for content validity and analyzed internal reliability of WV, ER, JS and Health with Alpha of .92, .80, .93 and .93, respectively. The data were analyzed by frequency, mean, standard deviation, chi-square, Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. Major findings were as follows: 1. Health of staff nurses, general hospitals was at good level ( =3.94, SD= 0.52). 2. Work values, ergonomic and age were significantly and positively related to health of staff nurses at .05 level (r = .159, .179, .245 respectively, p<.05). While the shift work and job stress were significantly and negatively related to health of staff nurses at .05 level (r = -.271 and -.429 respectively, p<.05). 3. The predictors of health of staff nurses were job stress, age, work value and ergonomic respectively. These predictors were accounted for 28.4 percent of variance (R2=.284, p <.05).
