| Abstract: | ศึกษาตัวประกอบสมรรถนะพยาบาลหัวหน้าเวรหอผู้ป่วยวิกฤต โรงพยาบาลรัฐ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ พยาบาลหัวหน้าเวรหอผู้ป่วยวิกฤต จำนวน 528 คน ที่มีประสบการณ์การเป็นหัวหน้าเวร 1 ปีขึ้นไป ในโรงพยาบาลรัฐ 16 โรงพยาบาล จาก 41 โรงพยาบาล ที่ได้จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างโดยวิธีสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือแบบสอบถามสมรรถนะพยาบาลหัวหน้าเวรหอผู้ป่วยวิกฤต โรงพยาบาลรัฐ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์ตัวประกอบ สกัดตัวประกอบด้วยวิธีตัวประกอบหลักหมุนแกนตัวประกอบแบบออโธโกนอล ด้วยวิธีแวริแมกซ์ ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ ตัวประกอบสมรรถนะพยาบาลหัวหน้าเวรหอผู้ป่วยวิกฤต โรงพยาบาลรัฐ มีทั้งหมด 6 ตัวประกอบบรรยายด้วย 55 ตัวแปร มีค่าความแปรปรวนรวมกัน คิดเป็น 67.7% ได้แก่ 1. ตัวประกอบที่ 1 การกำกับรักษาคุณภาพการดูแลผู้ป่วย เป็นตัวประกอบสมรรถนะพยาบาลหัวหน้าเวรหอผู้ป่วยวิกฤต โรงพยาบาลรัฐที่สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้มากที่สุดคือ 19.3% มีตัวแปรที่บรรยายตัวประกอบ 15 ตัวแปร 2. ตัวประกอบที่ 2 การปฏิบัติการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยวิกฤต เป็นตัวประกอบสมรรถนะพยาบาลหัวหน้าเวรหอผู้ป่วยวิกฤต โรงพยาบาลรัฐ ที่สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ 17.6% มีตัวแปรที่บรรยาย ตัวประกอบ 15 ตัวแปร 3. ตัวประกอบที่ 3 การจัดการด้านกำลังคนทางการพยาบาล เป็นตัวประกอบพยาบาลหัวหน้าเวรหอผู้ป่วยวิกฤต โรงพยาบาลรัฐ ที่สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ 14.6% มีตัวแปรที่บรรยายตัวประกอบ 12 ตัวแปร 4. ตัวประกอบที่ 4 ภาวะผู้นำ เป็นตัวประกอบสมรรถนะพยาบาลหัวหน้าเวรหอผู้ป่วยวิกฤต โรงพยาบาลรัฐ ที่สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ 6.4% มีตัวแปรที่บรรยายตัวประกอบ 6 ตัวแปร 5. ตัวประกอบที่ 5 การสื่อสารกับผู้ป่วยและทีมงาน เป็นตัวประกอบสมรรถนะพยาบาลหัวหน้าเวรหอผู้ป่วยวิกฤต โรงพยาบาลรัฐ ที่สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ 5.3% มีตัวแปรที่บรรยายตัวประกอบ 4 ตัวแปร 6. ตัวประกอบที่ 6 การพยาบาลผู้ป่วยระยะสุดท้าย เป็นตัวประกอบสมรรถนะพยาบาลหัวหน้าเวรหอผู้ป่วยวิกฤต โรงพยาบาลรัฐ ที่สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ 4.5% มีตัวแปรที่บรรยาย ตัวประกอบ 3 ตัวแปร |
| Other Abstract: | To investigate the factors of charge nurse competencies in critical care units government hospitals. The sample consited of 528 charge nurses who had at least 1 year experience in critical care units. The 16 hospitals from 41 government hospitals were recruited by multi-stage random sampling. The data were analyzed using principle components extraction and orthogonal rotation with varimax method. The findings were as follows: Six significant factors of charge nurses competencies in critical care units government hospitals were identified. These factors were described by 55 items that accounted for 67.7% of the total variance. 1. Patient care quality control described by 15 items accounted for 19.3% of the variance. 2. Critical nursing care described by 15 items accounted for 17.6% of the variance. 3. Nursing staff delegation described by 12 items accounted for 14.6% of the variance. 4. Leadership described by 6 items accounted for 6.4% of the variance. 5. Patient and team communication described by 4 itemsaccounted for 5.3% of the variance. 6. End of life care described by 3 items accounted for 4.5% of the variance. |
