| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนที่ประสบความสำเร็จ วิเคราะห์รูปแบบความสัมพันธ์โครงสร้างเชิงสาเหตุของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนที่ประสบความสำเร็จและวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบขนาดอิทธิพลทางตรง อิทธิพลทางอ้อม และอิทธิพลรวมของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนที่ประสบความสำเร็จ รูปแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นประกอบไปด้วยตัวแปรทั้งสิ้น 24 ตัว แปรแฝง 5 ตัว และตัวแปรสังเกตได้ 19 ตัว ประชากรประกอบด้วยบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการปฏิบัติงานของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนที่ได้รับรางวัลพระราชทานในปี พ.ศ. 2550 ถึง ปี พ.ศ. 2551 จำนวน 74 โรงเรียน รวม 413 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามจำนวน 1 ชุด มี 7 ตอน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเบื้องต้นโดยค่าสถิติพื้นฐานด้วยโปรแกรม SPSS 17.0 และผู้วิจัยตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของรูปแบบความสัมพันธ์โครงสร้างเชิงสาเหตุด้วยโปรแกรมลิสเรล 8.72 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนที่ประสบความสำเร็จที่ได้จากการวิจัยประกอบด้วย ปัจจัย 4 ปัจจัย ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านคุณลักษณะของผู้นำ องค์ประกอบด้านสถานการณ์ของผู้นำ ปัจจัยด้านพฤติกรรมของผู้นำและปัจจัยด้านบทบาทของผู้นำ ผลการวิเคราะห์รูปแบบความสัมพันธ์โครงสร้างเชิงสาเหตุของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะความเป็นผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนที่ประสบความสำเร็จ พบว่า ปัจจัยทั้ง 4 ปัจจัย คือปัจจัยด้านคุณลักษณะของผู้นำ องค์ประกอบด้านสถานการณ์ของผู้นำ ปัจจัยด้านพฤติกรรมของผู้นำและปัจจัยด้านบทบาทของผู้นำ มีอิทธิพลทางตรง เชิงบวกต่อภาวะผู้นำทุกปัจจัย ขนาดและทิศทางของอิทธิพลทางตรงและทางอ้อมของรูปแบบภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนที่ประสบความสำเร็จ พบว่าปัจจัยทางตรงและทางอ้อมเชิงบวกต่อภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนที่ประสบความสำเร็จมี 4 ปัจจัย เรียงตามลำดับของความมีอิทธิพล ดังนี้คือ ปัจจัยด้านคุณลักษณะผู้นำ ด้านบทบาทของผู้นำ ด้านพฤติกรรมของผู้นำและสถานการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง |
| Other Abstract: | The objectives of this research were to develop a causal structural relationship model of factors affecting leadership of successful school administrators, to study the causal structural relationship model of factors affecting leadership of successful school administrators, and to study the comparative analysis of direct, indirect, and total effects affecting leadership of successful school administrators. This model consisted of 24 variables: 5 latent variables and 19 observed variables.The population was 413 respondants, who involved in operation of school administration and were received royal awards during 2550-2551, from 74 schools. The instrument was a questionnaire consisting of 7 sections. The statistics used in preliminary data analysis were descriptive statistics using SPSS version 17.0 and the consistency of the causal structural relationship was analyzed by Lisrel version 8.72 Research findings indicated that Factors affecting leadership of successful school administrators were consisted of three factors as Leader Traits Factors, Leader Contingency factors, Leader Behaviors Factors, and Leadership factors. The data analysis showed that the causal structural relationship model of the four factors affecting leadership of successful school administrators, which were Leader Traits Factors, Leader Contingency factors, Leader Behaviors Factors, and Leadership factors, directly and positively affected all the leadership factors of successful school administrators and direct, indirect, and total effects affecting leadership of successful school administrators. In addition, direct and indirect effects affecting leadership of successful school administrators were 4 factors sorted by effectiveness: Leader Traits Factors, Leadership factors, Leader Behaviors Factors, and Leader Contingency factors. |
