| Abstract: | วิทยานิพนธ์เรื่อง แผนยุทธศาสตร์เพื่อการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชนเกาะยาวน้อย จังหวัดพังงา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาพัฒนาการและรูปแบบการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชนเกาะยาวน้อย 2) ระบุปัจจัยที่จะทำให้การท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชนเกาะยาวน้อยสามารถเป็นเครื่องมือในการพัฒนาชุมชนอย่างยั่งยืน รวมทั้งปัจจัยที่เป็นอุปสรรคต่อการพัฒนา และ 3) เสนอแผนยุทธศาสตร์เพื่อการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชนเกาะยาวน้อยในลักษณะบูรณาการอย่างเป็นองค์รวม โดยมีระเบียบวิธีการศึกษา ดังนี้ การวิจัยเอกสารจากการทบทวนวรรณกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องและการวิจัยภาคสนามโดยอาศัยวิธีการเก็บข้อมูลและเครื่องมือในการศึกษา ได้แก่ 1) การสำรวจภาคสนามด้านกายภาพ 2) การสังเกตการณ์ ทั้งแบบไม่มีส่วนร่วมและแบบมีส่วนร่วม 3) การสัมภาษณ์ ทั้งการสัมภาษณ์แบบทั่วไปและแบบเชิงลึก และ 4) การใช้แบบสอบถาม เฉพาะกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นนักท่องเที่ยวเนื่องจากเป็นการศึกษาวิจัยในเชิงคุณภาพเป็นหลัก ผลการศึกษา พบว่า การจัดการการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชนเกาะยาวน้อย สามารถเป็นเครื่องมือในการนำไปสู่การพัฒนาชุมชนอย่างเข้มแข็งและยั่งยืน โดยขึ้นกับปัจจัยที่สำคัญ ได้แก่ การมีระบบการบริหารจัดการองค์กรชุมชนที่ดีซึ่งเกิดจากการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน โดยอาศัยกลไกสำคัญที่ก่อให้เกิดการมีส่วนร่วม คือ ความศรัทธาต่อผู้นำ ความสัมพันธ์แบบเครือญาติ การมีประสบการณ์การต่อสู้ร่วมกันมา การกระจายผลประโยชน์อย่างทั่วถึงและเป็นธรรม ตลอดทั้งการสร้างและขยายเครือข่ายเพื่อให้เกิดการเรียนรู้และเกื้อกูลกัน ข้อเสนอแนะในรูปแบบแผนยุทธศาสตร์เพื่อการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชนเกาะยาวน้อย จะเป็นแนวทางหนึ่งที่จะช่วยเสริมศักยภาพ สร้างโอกาส และช่วยแก้ปัญหาต่างๆที่เกิดขึ้นแบบบูรณาการ เพื่อให้ชุมชนเกาะยาวน้อยสามารถรักษารูปแบบการจัดการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชนที่ดีต่อไปได้ท่ามกลางการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวกระแสหลักของบริบทรอบข้าง |
| Other Abstract: | The objectives of the thesis on the “Strategic plan for community based tourism development of Koh Yao Noi, Phangnga province” are: 1) To study the organization and development of the tourism industry by the community of Koh Yao Noi. 2) To identify the factors that will enable, or prevent the community of Koh Yao Noi to use the tourism industry as a sustainable way to develop their community. 3) To propose an overall strategy that the community of Koh Yao Noi can use to develop their tourism industry. Throughout the study, the following literature and field research methods were used to obtain and analyze data as follows: 1) Physical field survey 2) Observational techniques, both active and passive. 3) General and in depth interviews. 4) The use of questionnaires for tourists, as a quantitative research. The study found that the capability of the local people of Koh Yao Noi to develop their community strength in a sustainable way depends on certain important factors. That is the community with a well organized community structure, which comes from the entire community being involved. This can be achieve became the community thrust in its leader, with a closed relationship, has experiences in developing the community together, share benefits equally and fairly, and the network building of so that those in the community learn to help and assist each other. The strategic plan of tourism to the community of Koh Yao Noi is proposed to increase the efficiency, create opportunities and solve problems so that the community will be able to develop and keep up with the current development trends in the tourism industry. |
