| Abstract: | จัดทำระบบวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนคุณภาพ โดยประยุกต์ใช้ระบบต้นทุนคุณภาพเพื่อการปรับปรุงต้นทุนคุณภาพโดยรวม ในอุตสาหกรรมเฟอร์นิเจอร์ ซึ่งโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมเฟอร์นิเจอร์ที่ศึกษานี้ เป็นอุตสาหกรรมที่ประกอบธุรกิจเกี่ยวกับการผลิตเฟอร์นิเจอร์ออฟฟิศต่างๆ เช่น โต๊ะ เก้าอี้ ตู้ ชุดโซฟา ฯลฯ ซึ่งผลิตตามสั่งคำสั่งซื้อของลูกค้า (Job order) โดยศึกษาต้นทุนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับต้นทุนคุณภาพใน 3 ส่วน คือ ต้นทุนการป้องกัน (Prevention cost) ต้นทุนการตรวจสอบและประเมิน (Appraisal cost) ต้นทุนความสูญเสีย (Failure cost) ซึ่งแบ่งออกเป็นต้นทุนความสูญเสียภายใน (Internal failure cost) และต้นทุนความสูญเสียภายนอก (External failure cost) วิธีการดำเนินการวิจัยเริ่มจากการศึกษาต้นทุนคุณภาพที่เกิดขึ้นในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมเฟอร์นิเจอร์ ก่อนการจัดทำระบบวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนคุณภาพ โดยระบุรายการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับต้นทุนคุณภาพ วางแผนและจัดทำระบบการเก็บข้อมูลต้นทุนคุณภาพ สรุปรายการต้นทุนคุณภาพที่เกิดขึ้นตามระยะเวลาที่ทำการเก็บข้อมูล เพื่อวิเคราะห์สัดส่วนต้นทุนคุณภาพของโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมที่ศึกษา เพื่อหาแนวทางในการแก้ปัญหาคุณภาพ เพื่อการปรับปรุงต้นทุนคุณภาพโดยรวมของอุตสาหกรรมเฟอร์นิเจอร์ เมื่อแก้ไขปัญหาด้านคุณภาพของโรงงานจากการประยุกต์ใช้เครื่องมือทางด้านคุณภาพ และเทคนิคการจัดทำระบบวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนคุณภาพ เช่น การประยุกต์ใช้ ใบบันทึกการตรวจสอบ (Check sheet) Why-why analysis มาช่วยในการปรับปรุงต้นทุนคุณภาพ และเมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับยอดขายที่เท่ากันพบว่า ต้นทุนความสูญเสีย (Failure cost) เมื่อเทียบกับต้นทุนคุณภาพโดยรวมก่อนการปรับปรุงเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 79.56% และหลังจากการปรับปรุงแล้วมีต้นทุนความสูญเสีย (Failure cost) เฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ 39.62% ซึ่งลดลงเป็นจำนวน 39.94% และเมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับยอดขายที่เท่ากัน จะทำให้ต้นทุนคุณภาพโดยรวม (Total cost of quality) ก่อนการปรับปรุงอยู่ที่ 243,071.22 บาทต่อเดือน และต้นทุนคุณภาพโดยรวม (Total cost of quality) หลังการปรับปรุงเท่ากับ 218,813.28 บาทต่อเดือน ซึ่งคิดเป็น 10.24% ของต้นทุนคุณภาพโดยรวม |
| Other Abstract: | To establish the cost of quality analysis system and improvement of total quality cost in furniture industry. The case study is the furniture industry which produces office furniture such as table, chair, cabinets, sofa, etc. following job order. The quality cost studied in this research consists of 3 parts. Prevention costs, appraisal costs, and failure costs, respectively. The failure costs were classified into Internal failure costs and external failure costs. Quality cost study in the furniture factory was done before establish the quality costs analysis system, by identifying the cost that concern with the cost of quality in this factory. After that, planning and developing the quality cost data collecting system. The quality costs were summarized based on the time used for data collection to analyze Quality/Cost ratio in the case study factory in order to solve the quality problem and improve the total quality cost in furniture industry by applying the quality tools and establish the cost of quality analysis techniques such as Check Sheet, Why-Why Analysis techniques. The results showed that the average failure cost was 79.56% when compared between the equal sale amounts before improvement and after improvement. The average failure cost was 39.62% and the total quality cost before improvement was 243,071.22 baht/month and after improvement was 218,813.28 baht/month compare by total quality cost. |
