| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์การใช้สื่อเพื่อการเผยแพร่ความรู้ด้านสุขภาพอนามัยสำหรับประชาชน ของเจ้าหน้าที่ในโรงพยาบาลและสถานบริการสาธารณสุข ในกรุงเทพมหานคร ข้อมูลที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้รวบรวมโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม กลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ เจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ใช้สื่อเพื่อการเผยแพร่ความรู้ด้านสุขภาพอนามัยจำนวน 170 คน จากโรงพยาบาลและสถานบริการสาธารณสุข ในกรุงเทพมหานครจำนวน 34 แห่ง กลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรได้มาจากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย ได้แบบสอบถามที่สมบูรณ์จำนวน 136 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 80 ของจำนวนเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ใช้สื่อทั้งหมด 212 คน นำข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถามมาวิเคราะห์หาค่าทางสถิติ โดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมาเลขคณิต และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สื่อที่ใช้กันมากที่สุดคือมีใช้ในโรงพยาบาลและสถานบริการสาธารณสุข ทุกแห่งในกรุงเทพมหานคร มีอยู่ 2 ชนิด คือ สื่อประเภทเอกสารและแผ่นพับ และสื่อประเภทโปสเตอร์ นอกจากนี้พบว่า สื่อประเภทเทปโทรทัศน์เป็นสื่อที่ประชาชนให้ความสนใจมากที่สุด และเป็นสื่อที่เจ้าหน้าที่คาดว่าจะเป็นที่นิยมใช้มากที่สุดในอนาคตด้วย แต่สื่อชนิดนี้กับเป็นสื่อที่มีใช้อยู่เป็นจำนวนน้อย เจ้าหน้าที่จำนวนมากเห็นว่า ควรมีการจัดตั้งศูนย์ผลิตและบริการสื่อที่ใช้เพื่อการเผยแพร่ความรู้ด้านสุขภาพอนามัยโดยเฉพาะ นอกจากนี้ยังคงต้องการให้มีการจัดอบรมเกี่ยวกับการใช้สื่อชนิดใหม่ๆ ด้วย ในด้านสุขภาพของสื่อที่ใช้พบว่าสื่อในโรงพยาบาลและสถานบริการสาธารณสุข ส่วนมากยังอยู่ในสภาพไม่ดีเท่าทีควร ด้านสื่อที่ใช้ในการเผยแพร่ความรู้ในโรงพยาบาลและสถานบริการสาธารณสุขพบว่า มาจากแหล่งสำคัญ 3 แหล่ง ได้แก่ กระทรวงสาธารณสุขโรงพยาบาล และบริษัทผู้เป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายยา | - |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this study was to analyse the media utilization in health information dissemination of personnel in hospitals and health services in Bangkok Metropolis. Data were collected from 170 media personnel in 34 hospitals and health services in Bangkok Metropolis by means of questionnaires. The sample were randomly selected by simple random sampling. The 136 completed questionnaires or 80 percent of the 212 total media personnel were statistical analyzed in term of percentage, arithmatic mean and standard deviation. The major finding of this study indicated that two kinds of media found to used in every hospitals and health services through out Bangkok Metropolis were sheet-and-folder and poster. The videotape was the most interested media for people although it was small number in utilization. The large number of the media personnel were expected that videotape will be the most popular media in health information dissemination in the future. The large number of the media personnel suggested that the production and services center of media for utilize in health information dissemination should be estsblish and they need the training course in the utilization of media especially the technology. The quality of media in the most hospitals and health services were unsattisfied condition. The media were utilized in hospitals and health services found that originated from three important sources such as the Ministry of Public Health, some of hospital and some of pharmaceutical agencies. | - |
