| dc.description.abstract | เป็นที่ทราบกันดีว่าปัญหาการจราจรติดขัดในกรุงเทพมหานครเป็นปัญหาที่สะสมมายาวนาน แต่ในปัจจุบันก็ยังไม่มีตัวชี้วัดเพื่อใช้แบ่งสภาพการจราจรที่ชัดเจน ยิ่งไปกว่านั้น แม้จะมีระบบรายงานสภาพการจราจรให้แก่ผู้ขับขี่มากมาย แต่ตัวชี้วัดหรือเกณฑ์ที่ใช้ก็ยังไม่สอดคล้องกันและไม่เป็นไปตามการรับรู้ของผู้ขับขี่ ทำให้ขาดความน่าเชื่อถือต่อระบบ งานวิจัยนี้วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) วิเคราะห์และประเมินการรับรู้สภาพการจราจรที่แตกต่างกันของผู้ขับขี่ 2) วิเคราะห์ตัวชี้วัดสภาพการจราจรที่สำคัญในการประเมินสภาพการจราจรที่สอดคล้องกับการรับรู้ของผู้ขับขี่และ 3) นำเสนอตัวชี้วัดการจราจรติดขัดที่มีประสิทธิภาพและสอดคล้องกับการรับรู้ของผู้ขับขี่ โดยงานวิจัยได้ถูกแบ่งออกเป็นสองส่วนหลักๆคือ การศึกษาตัวชี้วัดสภาพการจราจรจากความคิดเห็นของผู้ขับขี่โดยทั่วไปในกรุงเทพมหานครโดยอาศัยแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นในการสำรวจข้อมูล และการสำรวจข้อมูลเพื่อประเมินตัวชี้วัดในการแบ่งระดับสภาพการจราจรที่สอดคล้องกับการรับรู้ของผู้ขับขี่จากข้อมูลการเดินทางและการประเมินสภาพการจราจรขณะเดินทาง โดยได้รับความร่วมมือจากอาสาสมัครในการสำรวจข้อมูล ผลจากการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพบว่าผู้ขับขี่โดยทั่วไปเห็นว่าตนเองนั้นแบ่งระดับการจราจรด้วยความเร็วของยานพาหนะขณะขับขี่ โดยแทบไม่ได้คำนึงถึงความสะดวกสบายในการขับขี่ อีกทั้งยังพบว่าจุดเริ่มต้นของสภาพการจราจรติดขัดคือการขับขี่ความเร็วต่ำกว่า 44 กิโลเมตรต่อชั่วโมง ซึ่งไม่สอดคล้องกับความเป็นจริง นอกจากนี้ผลการวิเคราะห์ด้วยแบบจำลองวิยุตแบบลำดับพบว่าค่าสัดส่วนความล่าช้าต่อระยะทางมีความเหมาะสมในการการเป็นตัวชี้วัดสภาพการจราจรที่สอดคล้องกับการรับรู้ของผู้ขับขี่ในกรุงเทพมหานคร | en |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | It is commonly known that traffic congestion in Bangkok metropolitan is a chronic problem. However, there is no such precise indicator to indicate each level of traffic conditions. Moreover, although several traveler information systems exist in Bangkok, their performance measures are inconsistent and do not reflect user’s perceptions, leading to doubt in system reliability. The objectives of this study are to 1) analyze and evaluate driver’s perceptions in distinct traffic conditions; 2) analyze insignificant traffic indicators in order to assess traffic conditions that consistent with motorist’s perceptions and 3) provide effective traffic indicator that consistent with motorist’s perceptions. This study consists of two parts which are study of traffic indicators from driver’s opinion in Bangkok metropolitan area using questionnaire survey and study of assessing traffic congestion measures to indicate traffic conditions using GPS data and in-vehicle traffic evaluation from volunteers. The results find that most motorist measure traffic performance by average moving speed without concern about driving convenience. Moreover, a starting point of congestion is driving speed below 44 kph, which is not reflecting to reality. Results from the statistical analysis using discrete models show that delay over distance ratio is significantly suitable for indicating traffic conditions that consistent with motorist’s perceptions. | en |
