dc.description.abstractการวิจัยนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ หาผลสรุปของการวิจัยเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิชาคณิตศาสตร์ของนักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยการสอนแบบโปรแกรมกับที่เรียนด้วยการสอนตามปกติ ในระดับมัธยมศึกษา ในระดับอุดมศึกษา และระหว่างระดับการศึกษาทั้งสอง โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์แบบเมทตา โดยศึกษาจากงานวิจัยและวิทยานิพนธ์ด้านการเปรียบเทียบผลการสอนวิชาคณิตศาสตร์ด้วยการสอนแบบโปรแกรมกับการสอนตามปกติ ในระดับมัธยมศึกษาและในระดับอุดมศึกษา ตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2513จนถึงปี พ.ศ. 2525 จำนวน 12 เรื่อง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสรุปลักษณะรายละเอียดของงานวิจัย ซึ่งมีลักษณะเป็นแบบวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูลที่ผู้วิจัยวิเคราะห์ได้จากงานวิจัยแต่ละเรื่องได้นำมาคำนวณหาขนาดของผลมาตรฐาน ทำการทดสอบความแตกต่างของผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิชาคณิตศาสตร์ระหว่างนักเรียนที่สอนแบบโปรแกรมกับนักเรียนที่สอนแบบปกติในระดับมัธยมศึกษาและในระดับอุดมศึกษาด้วยวิธีการทดสอบของ แมน วิทเนย์ สำหรับการวิเคราะห์ความแตกต่างของผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์ด้วยการสอน 2 แบบ ระหว่างนักเรียนในระดับมัธยมศึกษาใช้การทดสอบแบบไบโนเมียล ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า 1. ค่าเฉลี่ยของผลมาตรฐานในระดับมัธยมศึกษา เท่ากับ 0.173 เท่าของส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานของกลุ่มควบคุม และค่าเฉลี่ยของผลมาตรฐานในระดับอุดมศึกษา เท่ากับ 0.734 เท่าของส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานของกลุ่มควบคุม 2. ขนาดความแตกต่างของผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิชาคณิตศาสตร์เมื่อสอนด้วยบทเรียนโปรแกรมกับเมื่อสอนตามปกติของผู้เรียนในระดับมัธยมศึกษา ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์ของนักเรียนในระดับมัธยมศึกษาที่เรียนโดยการสอนแบบโปรแกรมไม่สูงกว่าของนักเรียนที่เรียนโดยการสอนตามปกติอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์ของนักเรียนในระดับอุดมศึกษาที่เรียนโดยการสอนแบบโปรแกรมไม่สูงกว่าของนักเรียนที่เรียนโดยการสอนตามปกติอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05-
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purpose of this study was to integrate the findings of the studies which aimed to compare the difference in the mathematics achievement between the students who were taught by the programmed instruction and the students who were taught by the traditional method. The sample of this study consisted of studies which conducted during the year 1970 - 1982 . A research taxonomy was used to code each research report according to its substantive characteristics and its methodological characteristics. Then the effect sizes were calculated. The Mann-Whitney U-Test was used to test the difference of the effect size between the secondary school level and the undergraduate level. The Binomial test was used to test the significance of the effect size at the secondary school level end at the undergraduate level. Findings 1. The average values of affect size in secondary school level end in undergraduate level were. 173 and .734 respectively. 2. There was no significant difference in the effect size between the secondary school level and the undergraduate level. 3. At the secondary school level. The mathematics achievement of of the students who were taught by the programmed instruction were not significantly higher than the students who were taught by the traditional method. 4. At the undergraduate level. the mathematics achievement of the students who were taught by the programmed instruction were not significantly higher than the students who were taught by the traditional method.-
