dc.description.abstractการวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์ที่จะเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน หน่วยการแบ่งเซลแบบซิสในสัตว์ ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 ที่เรียนจากสไลด์แบบภาพเคลื่อนไหว และสไลด์ภาพนิ่ง โดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรทั้งสิ้น 120 คน คัดเลือกโดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย กลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากร 60 คน เป็นนักเรียนอัสสัมชัญ กรุงเทพๆ ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 และอีก 60 คน เป็นนักเรียนโรงเรียนมักกะสันพิทยา ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 เช่นเดียวกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรทั้งหมดจะถูกแบ่งออกเป็น 2 กลุ่มๆ ละ 60 คน โดยใช้วิธีสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย กลุ่มหนึ่งเรียนจากสไลด์แบบภาพเคลื่อนไหว และอีกกลุ่มหนึ่งเรียนจากสไลด์แบบภาพนิ่ง กลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรจะทำแบบทดสอบก่อนเรียน ก่อนที่จะเข้ารับการทดลองเพื่อตรวจสอบความรู้เดิม จากนั้นจึงเรียนสไลด์ประกอบคำบรรยายกลุ่มหนึ่งจะเรียนจากสไลด์แบบภาพเคลื่อนไหว และอีกกลุ่มหนึ่งจะเรียนสไลด์แบบภาพนิ่ง เมื่อจบแล้วก็ทำแบบทดสอบหลังเรียนทันที เพื่อวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน นำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์โดยคำนวณค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยของข้อมูล 2 ชุด โดยใช้ t-test ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนหน่วยการแบ่งเซลแบบไมโตซิสในสัตว์ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 ที่เรียนจากสไลด์แบบภาพเคลื่อนไหว และสไลด์แบบภาพนิ่ง เมื่อเปรียบเทียบจากผลต่างของคะแนนทดสอบหลังเรียนกับก่อนเรียน หรือจากคะแนนจากแบบทดสอบหลังเรียน ปรากฏว่าไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.05 2. การเรียนจากสไลด์แบบภาพเคลื่อนไหวและสไลด์แบบภาพนิ่ง ทำให้ผู้เรียนมีความก้าวหน้าทางการเรียนสูงขึ้นจากที่ไม่ได้เรียนมาก่อนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.05
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purpose of the study is to compare the Mathayom Suksa Four students' learning achievement on the Mitosis in animal cell by using animated slides and still slides. The subjects were 120 students, sixty of them were randomly selected from mathayom suksa four students of the Assumption College Bangkok, and the other sixty were randomly selected from mathayom suksa four students of Makasan Pithaya School. All subjects were randomly divided into two groups. There were sixty students in each group. The experimental group learned from the animated slides, and the controled group learned from the still slides. The pre-test was done individually, then the animated slides were presented to the experimental group and the still slides to the controlled group. After the subjects had finished learning from the slides, they did the post-test. Data were analyzed and the t-test was used to test the difference between the means of the two groups. The major findings of the study were as follows : 1. The comparison between the difference of the post-test and the pre-test or the post-test scores of the experimental group and the controled group showed no statiscally significant differences between the Mathayom Suksa Four students’ learning achievement on the Mitosis in Animal Cell by using animated slides and still slides at 0.05 level of significant. 2. The evaluations of the study from the animated and still slides showed statistically significant improvement for the subjects at the level of 0.05
