dc.description.abstract	เมื่อนำดอกประยงค์แห้งที่บดละเอียดมาสกัดด้วย hexane และ methyl alcohol ตามลำดับ แยกได้สารหลายชนิด การวิเคราะห์สูตรโครงสร้างของสารเหล่านี้ได้ใช้วิธีการทาง spectroscopy และปฏิกิริยาทางเคมี ปรากฏว่าสาร 3 ชนิดที่ได้จากส่วนที่สกัดด้วย hexane คือ tritriacontane, ceryl alcohol, ᵝ-sitosterol และสารใหม่ที่ได้จากส่วนที่สกัดด้วย methyl alcohol คือ (-)-(4R:5R)-4, 5-dihydroxy-1-methyl-2-piperidone ซึ่งให้ชื่อว่า “odoram” การหาสูตรโครงสร้างและ stereochemistry ของสาร odoram อาศัย ¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR และ mass spectra เป็นส่วนใหญ่
dc.description.abstractalternative	The ground dried flowers of Aglaia odorata, Lour were extracted with hexane and methyl alcohol, respectively. Several compounds were isolated from the extracts. Structural formulas of the compounds were analyzed by means of spectroscopic evidence and chemical reaction. The three known compounds from hexane extracts were characterized as tritriacontane, ceryl alcohol and ᵝ-sitosterol and a novel one from methyl alcohol extracts was found to be (-)-(4R:5R)-4, 5-dihydroxy-1-methyl-2-piperidone which was also named “odoram”. ¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR and mass spectra are mainly discussed for assignment of the structure and stereochemistry of the odoram.
