| dc.description.abstract | วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาบทบาทของสื่อโทรทัศน์ที่มีต่อการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมให้เกื้อกูลต่อสุขภาพ โดยศึกษาทั้งประเด็นการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมให้เกื้อกูลต่อสุขภาพที่ถูกเลือกมานำเสนอ การแสดงบทบาทรวมถึงการกระทำหน้าที่ของสื่อโทรทัศน์ที่มีต่อการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมให้เกื้อกูลต่อสุขภาพในทัศนะของผู้ส่งสารในงานวิจัยชิ้นนี้ใช้กรอบวิเคราะห์จากแนวคิดเรื่องการดูแลและสร้างเสริมสิ่งแวดล้อมเพื่อสุขภาพ แนวคิดเกี่ยวกับคุณลักษณะของสื่อสารมวลชนในสังคม และทฤษฎีหน้าที่นิยม ข้อมูลในการวิจัยนี้ได้จากการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหารายการสิ่งแวดล้อมทางโทรทัศน์ที่ออกอากาศทางสถานีโทรทัศน์ประเภทไม่เสียค่าใช้จ่าย จำนวน 3 รายการได้แก่ รายการเพื่อโลกสวย รายการยังโซน/กรีนโซน และรายการโลกสิ่งแวดล้อม ในระหว่างวันที่ 1 สิงหาคม 2542 – 31 กรกฎาคม 2543 และการสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึกผู้ควบคุมการผลิตรายการ 3 คน และผู้เขียนบทรายการ 3 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า เรื่องที่เกี่ยวกับการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมให้เกื้อกูลต่อสุขภาพที่สื่อโทรทัศน์คัดเลือกมานำเสนอมากที่สุด ได้แก่ เรื่องมลพิษ รองลงมาคือ เรื่องสุขาภิบาลสิ่งแวดล้อมและเรื่องทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและความหลากหลายชีวภาพ สำหรับบทบาทที่สื่อโทรทัศน์กระทำมากที่สุดได้แก่ บทบาทในฐานะผู้เผยแพร่ รองลงมาคือ บทบาทในฐานะผู้ให้การผลักดันสนับสนุนบทบาทในฐานะผู้ตีความ ส่วนบทบาทที่สื่อโทรทัศน์กระทำน้อยที่สุด คือ บทบาทในฐานะเป็นคู่ปฏิปักษ์กับรัฐบาล สำหรับหน้าที่ที่สื่อโทรทัศน์กระทำมากที่สุดในการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมให้เกื้อกูลต่อสุขภาพคือ การนำเสนอข่าวสาร รองลงมา คือ การกระตุ้นเร้าและระดมสรรพกำลังให้เกิดความเคลื่อนไหวในสังคม การให้การศึกษา ส่วนหน้าที่ที่สื่อโทรทัศน์กระทำน้อยที่สุดคือการเสนอแนะและชักจูงใจ | |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research are to study the roles of television toward the management of health supporting environment, in selected topics, actual functions and roles. The analysis of this research is undertaken within frameworks of the concept of environmental preservation for supporting health, media-society theory and the theory of structural and functionalism. The data used in this research is acquired by the content analysis of three environmental documentaries, which are Pue Lok Suay (For Beautiful World), Young Zone/Green Zone and Lok Sing Wad Lom (World of Environment), broadcasted through Free T.V. during August 1, 1999 – July 31, 2000 as well as in-depth interview of 3 producers and 3 script writers of the programs. The analysis demonstrates that the topic concerning pollution is mostly selected to present to the audience. The second is sanitation and natural resource and biodiversity consecutively. The role of television is disseminator, advocacy and interpretative respectively. The weakest role is adversary to the government. The function that television mostly performed toward the management of health supporting environment is presenting information. The second type is mobilization. Educating is the third. The function rarely performed is interpretation. | |
