dc.description.abstractการวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารการศึกษานอกโรงเรียน ผู้นำท้องถิ่น และโต๊ะอิหม่ามเกี่ยวกับบทบาทของโต๊ะอิหม่ามในจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ในการสนับสนุนการพัฒนาโครงการการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียน ใน 3 ด้าน คือ 1.) ด้านความรู้พื้นฐานทั่วไป 2.) ด้านทักษะอาชีพ 3.) ด้านข่าวสารข้อมูล ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้บริหารการศึกษานอกโรงเรียน ผู้นำท้องถิ่น และโต๊ะอิหม่าม มีระดับความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับบทบาทของโต๊ะอิหม่ามในการสนับสนุน การพัฒนาโครงการการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนในด้านความรู้พื้นฐานทั่วไป ด้านทักษะอาชีพ และด้านข่าวสารข้อมูล ส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง สำหรับผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารการศึกษานอกโรงเรียน ผู้นำท้องถิ่น และโต๊ะอิหม่าม เกี่ยวกับบทบาทของโต๊ะอิหม่าม ในการสนับสนุนการพัฒนาโครงการการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียน ในด้านความรู้พื้นฐานทั่วไป และด้านทักษะอาชีพ ไม่มีข้อใดที่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ด้านข่าวสารข้อมูล มีข้อที่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 เพียง 3 ประเด็น คือ “เป็นผู้นำเพื่อชักจูง หรือช่วยแนะนำประชาชนให้ช่วยกันรักษาสถานที่หรือสิ่งของที่เป็นของส่วนรวม, เป็นตัวแทนของข่าวไทยมุสลิมที่จะแถลงข้อเท็จจริงเพื่อความเข้าใจดีต่อกันระหว่างรัฐและประชาชน และเป็นผู้สนับสนุนให้ประชาชนได้เรียนรู้และร่วมกันปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายของบ้านเมือง” นอกนั้นไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe perposes of this study were to study and to compare the opinions of non-formal education administrators, community learders and To-Imam concerning the roles of To-Imam in the southern border provinces in order to promote the development of non-formal education programs which consist of 3 cotegories 1.) Fundamental knowledge 2.) Occupational skills 3.) Information. The results of this research found that most of non-formal education administrators, community leaders and To-Imam believed that the promotion roles of To-Imam concerning the development of non-formal education programs in fundamental [know]ledge, occupational skills and information were in the middle scale of this research ranking system. The comparative results of the opinions of non-formal education administrators, community leaders and To-Imam concerning the promoting roles of To-Imam concerning the development of the non-formal education programs in fundamental knowledge, occupational skills were not different in statistical significance at level .05. However, there were different in statistical significance concerning the information program in 3 items : they were 1.) Being the leader in the sense of informing and encouroging people to keep the public properties in good order.2.) Being the muslim representative to inform any relevant information to people in order to help them have good understanding of the government. 3.) Being the supporter to make sure that the people would get to learn and conform to the law.
