| Abstract: | การวิจัยนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อวิเคราะห์ออกแบบฐานข้อมูล และระบบการประมวลผลของระบบป้องกันปราบปรามอาชญากรรมสำหรับสถานีตำรวจ โดยแบ่งพิจารณาออกเป็น 2 ระบบคือ ระบบข้อมูลท้องถิ่นและระบบคดีอาชญากรรม ซึ่งระบบข้อมูลท้องถิ่นจะเก็บข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวกับบุคคลและสถานที่ภายในท้องที่ส่วนระบบคดีอาชญากรรมจะเก็บข้อมูลคดีอาญาที่เกิดภายในท้องที่ การออกแบบฐานข้อมูลใช้หลักการของการออกแบบฐานข้อมูลเชิงสัมพันธ์ โดยเริ่มจากการวิเคราะห์ระบบข้อมูลเดิมเพื่อเขียนแบบจำลองข้อมูลเชิงตรรกะ จากนั้นจึงนำแบบจำลองข้อมูลเชิงตรรกะที่ได้มาแปลงเป็นฐานข้อมูลเชิงสัมพันธ์ แล้วจึงออกแบบการนำเข้าข้อมูล การแสดงผลข้อมูล วิธีการประมวลผล และพัฒนาระบบโดยใช้โปรแกรมฟอกซ์เบสพลัสที่มีระบบการจัดการฐานข้อมูลแบบสัมพันธ์บนเครื่องไมโครคอมพิวเตอร์ สารสนเทศที่ได้รับจากระบบนี้ จะเป็นประโยชน์แก่ผู้บริหารเพื่อใช้ในการทำงานและการตัดสินใจในด้านการป้องกันปราบปรามอาชญากรรม เช่น การจัดสายตรวจ การสืบสวน เป็นต้น |
| Other Abstract: | This research was to analyse and design the database of crime prevention and suppression system for police station and also to develop the interactive processing for such system. The system involves two subsystems; a local data system and a crime case system. The local data system will collect data about persons and places within the area covered by the police station and the crime case system will collect crime cases that happened within the same area. A relational database modeling technique was used for database design. Firstly, an analysis of the existing data was made to create a logical data model and then translated into a relational database. Secondly, input, output and processing designs were made and interactive processing was developed by using FoxBASE Relational Database Management System and tested on microcomputer. Advantages of the resulting information system are alleviated workload and decision making for crime prevention and suppression, such as patrols and investigations. |
