dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ทำให้เกิดความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูศิลปศึกษาในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษาในภาคตะวันออก และเพื่อศึกษาลำดับความสำคัญของปัจจัยที่ทำให้เกิดความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงาน ในด้านลักษณะของงานที่ปฏิบัติ ความสำเร็จในการทำงาน ความรับผิดชอบ สภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน ความมั่นคงในการทำงาน ความก้าวหน้าในตำแหน่งการงาน เงินเดือนและผลประโยชน์เกื้อกูล สถานภาพทางสังคม นโยบายและการบริหารงาน ความสัมพันธ์กับผู้บังคับบัญชาและเพื่อนร่วมงาน ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครูศิลปศึกษา จำนวน 120 คน จากโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกทุกโรงเรียน จำนวน 120 โรงเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม ซึ่งประกอบด้วย แบบตรวจสอบรายการ แบบมาตราส่วนประเมินค่า ผู้วิจัยได้ส่งแบบสอบถามไปยังครูศิลปศึกษา จำนวน 120 ฉบับ และได้รับคืนมา 115 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 96.00 ได้นำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์โดยหาค่าร้อยละ มัชฌิมเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ปัจจัยที่ทำให้ครูศิลปศึกษาในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา มีความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในระดับมากมี 9 ปัจจัย เรียงตามลำดับ คือ ความรับผิดชอบ ลักษณะของงานที่ปฏิบัติ ความมั่นคงในการทำงาน ความสำเร็จในการทำงาน ความสัมพันธ์กับผู้บังคับบัญชาและเพื่อนร่วมงาน สถานภาพทางสังคม นโยบายและการบริหารงาน ความก้าวหน้ามนตำแหน่งการงาน สภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน ปัจจัยที่อยู่ในระดับน้อยมี 1 ปัจจัย คือ เงินเดือนและผลประโยชน์เกื้อกูล
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purposes of the research were to study factors affected job satisfaction of art teachers concerning nature of the work, job achievement, responsibility, working environment, job security, promotion, salary and fringe benefits, social status, policy and administration and interpersonal, relationship between administrators and peers. A set of questionnaires, consisting of check lists, rating scale. The questionnaire was then distributed to 120 art teachers from 120 government secondary schools in the eastern region. After that 115 questionaires were returned, and were accounted for 96.00 percents. The data were analyzed by means of percentages, arithmetic means, standard deviations. The findings were as follows: The factors affected job satisfaction of art teacher in secondary schools rated at the high level were as follows: Responsibility, Nature of the work, Job security, Job achievement, Relationship between administrators and peers, Social status, Policy and administration and interpersonal, Promotion, Working enevironment. The factors affected job satisfaction rated at the lowest level were salary and fringe benefits.
