| dc.description.abstract | ในการวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ที่จะศึกษาปัญหาในการสอนปฏิบัติการวิทยาศาสตร์ สาขาชีววิทยาชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ สี่ ของครูชายครูหญิง ทั้งในโรงเรียนรัฐบาลและโรงเรียนราษฎร์ ในกรุงเทพมหานครโดยใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 100 โรงเรียน ตัวอย่างประชากรประกอบด้วย ครูชายโรงเรียนรัฐบาล 59 คน ครูหญิงโรงเรียนรัฐบาล 114 คน ครูชายโรงเรียนราษฎร์ 31 คน ครูหญิงโรงเรียนราษฎร์ 75 คน รวมครูทั้งสิ้น จำนวน 279 คน การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ใช้แบบสำรวจปัญหาในการสอนปฏิบัติการวิทยาศาสตร์ สาขาชีววิทยา ที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น ซึ่งแบบสำรวจนี้มีความตรงตามเนื้อหา และมีความเชื่อมั่นสูงนอกจากนั้นในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ใช้การคำนวณหาค่าร้อยละ, ค่าเฉลี่ย, ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิสหสัมพันธ์ตำแหน่งของคะแนนแบบสเปียร์แมน และทดสอบความมีนัยสำคัญที่ 0.05 ด้วยค่า Z-test ซึ่งผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัญหาในการสอนปฏิบัติการวิทยาศาสตร์ สาขาชีววิทยา ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ สี่ ในกรุงเทพมหานคร ครูมีปัญหาหลายด้าน เช่น ด้านการเตรียมการสอน ครูไม่สามารถนำเอาเนื้อหาชีววิทยามาผสมผสานกับการสอนปฏิบัติการได้ ด้านปริมาณและเครื่องมือวิทยาศาสตร์ไม่ดีและไม่เพียงพอ ทักษะและการใช้อุปกรณ์วิทยาศาสตร์ยังไม่ดีพอ ด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำกิจกรรมการทดลองมีการแนะนำน้อย ด้านความสนใจและตั้งใจเรียนของนักเรียน นักเรียนชอบให้ครูสรุปผลการทดลองให้ นอกจากนั้นปัญหาในการสอนปฏิบัติการของครูพบว่ามีปัญหาไม่แตกต่างกัน | |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The main purpose of this study was to identify and analyse, in term of evaluative criteria, the problem in teaching biological science laboratory in mathayom suksa four, Bangkok metropolis. Evaluative criteria were developed from a review of literature and were used as a guide for the formulation of a questionnaire. Data were provided by science teachers in 100 schools with 279 teachers. The questionnaire having content validity and high reliability. Data were analyzed by means of the percentage, the arithmetic means, the standard deviation, the spearman-rank order correlation coefficient and Z-test. The finding were as follow : the course preparation, teachers connot integrate the contents of biological science with the teaching in laboratory. The quantity and quality of equipment should be improved. The scientific skills and using some tools were not good enough. The teachers should put their mind on the safety while experimenting. The student liked the teacher to make the conclusion for them. About the opinions of biological science teachers, there was a positive significant relationship. | |
