| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาสถานภาพทางการศึกษาของโรงเรียนและวิทยาลัย สังกัดกรมอาชีวศึกษาในภาคตะวันออก ประจำปีการศึกษา 2524 จำนวน 13 แห่ง ซึ่งเป็นโรงเรียนเทคนิค 1 แห่ง วิทยาลัยเทคนิค 7 แห่ง วิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษา 2 แห่ง วิทยาลัยเกษตรกรรม 2 แห่ง และโรงเรียนสารพัดช่าง 1 แห่ง ผู้วิจัยได้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสถานภาพทางการศึกษาโดยวิธีการสำรวจโรงเรียนและได้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพื้นฐาน ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ อัตราส่วน มัชฌิมเลขคณิตและเปรียบเทียบบางตัวแปรกับเกณฑ์ทางด้านอาชีวศึกษาของกรมอาชีวศึกษาและกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ด้านโปรแกรมการศึกษาและด้านนักศึกษา สถานศึกษาสังกัดกรมอาชีวศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเปิดสอนทั้ง 5 ประเภทวิชาของด้านอาชีวศึกษา ได้แก่ ช่างอุตสาหกรรม คหกรรม พณิชยการ ศิลปหัตถกรรม และเกษตรกรรม และเปิดสอนระดับ ปวช. ปวส. ปวท. และหลักสูตรระยะสั้น โรงเรียนและวิทยาลัยเทคนิคเปิดสอน 5-8 สาขาวิชา วิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเปิดสอน 4-5 สาขาวิชา วิทยาลัยเกษตรกรรมเปิดสอน 1 สาขาวิชา โรงเรียนสารพัดช่างเปิดสอนหลักสูตรระยะสั้น 17 สาขาวิชา จำนวนนักศึกษาในสถานศึกษา ภายในเวลาราชการมีแห่งละ 454-1163 คน ภายนอกเวลาราชการมีแห่งละ 570-1635 คน แต่ละสาขาวิชาในแต่ละชั้นปีส่วนใหญ่มีจำนวนประมาณ 30-50 คน จำนวนผู้ที่ศึกษาต่างๆ รับเข้าศึกษาระดับ ปวช. รับได้เฉลี่ยร้อยละ 45.86 ของจำนวนผู้สมัคร ระดับ ปวส. รับได้เฉลี่ยร้อยละ 50.40 ของจำนวนผู้สมัคร ระดับ ปวท. รับได้เฉลี่ยร้อยละ 60.00 ของจำนวนผู้สมัคร หลักสูตรระยะ 1 ปี รับได้เฉลี่ยร้อยละ 65.63 ของจำนวนผู้สมัคร แต่ละสถานศึกษามีชมรมการศึกษาประมาณ 4-11 ชมรม แต่ละชมรมมีสมาชิกจำนวน 10-700 คน 2) ด้านครูอาจารย์ ครูในสถานศึกษาต่างๆ มีจำนวนระหว่าง 30-85 คน ซึ่งมีวุฒิระดับปริญญากับระดับต่ำกว่าปริญญาตรี เฉลี่ยประมาณ 4 ต่อ 3 อัตราครูวิชาสามัญกับครูวิชาชีพเฉลี่ยประมาณ 1 ต่อ 3 อัตราครูต่อนักเรียนเฉลี่ยประมาณ 1 ต่อ 12 ครูในสถานศึกษาต่างๆ มีชั่วโมงสอนทั้งหมดเฉลี่ยแห่งละ 18.60-35.54 คาบต่อสัปดาห์เป็นชั่วโมงสอนเฉลี่ยระดับ ปวช. ภายในเวลาราชการแห่งละระหว่าง 14.56-19.89 คาบ/สัปดาห์ ระดับ ปวช. ภายนอกเวลาราชการแห่งละระหว่าง 8.37-14.65 คาบ/สัปดาห์ และมีครูอีกจำนวนไม่มากที่มีชั่วโมงสอนเพิ่มเติมในระดับ ปวส. และ ปวท. ครูที่มีชั่วโมงสอนไม่ถึง 15 คาบ/สัปดาห์ มีร้อยละ 8.12 แต่ครูเหล่านี้มีงานหน้าที่พิเศษ 3) ด้านบริเวณสถานศึกษา สถานศึกษาทุกแห่งมีพื้นที่รวมมากกว่าเกณฑ์สถานศึกษาที่อยู่ในเขตอำเภอเมือง มีพื้นที่ว่างจำนวนน้อยแต่สถานศึกษาที่อยู่นอกเขตอำเภอเมืองมีพื้นที่ว่างอีกมาก 4) ด้านอาคารสถานที่เรียน สถานศึกษาส่วนใหญ่มีอาคารเรียน 2-3 หลัง มีห้องเรียนภาคทฤษฎีประมาณ 6-36 ห้อง วิทยาลัยเกษตรกรรม 2 แห่ง เท่านั้น ที่มีอัตราพื้นที่ห้องเรียนต่อคนสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ โรงฝึกงานช่างอุตสาหกรรม มีพื้นที่ 0.81-17.94 ตารางเมตรต่อคน ส่วนใหญ่มีอัตราพื้นที่ต่อคนต่ำกว่าเกณฑ์ สถานที่ฝึกงานประเภท คหกรรม มีอัตราพื้นที่ต่อคนแห่งละระหว่าง 0.77-1.95 ตารางเมตรต่อคน สถานที่ฝึกงานประเภทพณิชย- กรรม มีอัตราพื้นที่ต่อคนแห่งละระหว่าง 0.29-1.74 ตารางเมตรต่อคน ส่วนพื้นที่ฝึกงานของวิทยาลัยเกษตรกรรมมีจำนวนมาก พื้นที่ห้องสมุดต่อนักศึกษาที่สูงกว่าเกณฑ์มี 8 แห่ง ซึ่งมีขนาด 2.03-4.00 ตารางเมตรต่อคน พื้นที่โรงอาหารต่อนักศึกษาที่สูงกว่าเกณฑ์มี 6 แห่ง ซึ่งมีขนาด 1.40-1.85 ตารางเมตรต่อคน ห้องน้ำห้องส้วมในสถานศึกษาส่วนใหญ่มีเพียงพอ และพื้นที่ที่ทำงานและที่พักของครูมีขนาด 4.73-12.54 ตารางเมตรต่อคน จำนวนครูที่พักในบ้านพักคิดเป็นร้อยละ 63.77 5) ด้านอุปกรณ์ เครื่องมือฝึกงาน จำนวนอุปกรณ์ เครื่องมือของสถานศึกษาต่างๆ ในด้านจำนวนรายการ ไม่มีสถานศึกษาใดที่มีครบทุกรายการของกรมอาชีวศึกษา ประเภทวิชาช่างอุตสาหกรรมมีจำนวนรายการเฉลี่ยประมาณร้อยละ 58 จำนวนนับเฉลี่ย ประมาณร้อยละ 85 ประเภทวิชาคหกรรม มีจำนวนรายการเฉลี่ยประมาณร้อยละ 61.60 มีจำนวนนับเฉลี่ยประมาณร้อยละ 68.25 ประเภทวิชาศิลปหัตถกรรม มีจำนวนรายการเฉลี่ยประมาณร้อยละ 26 มีจำนวนนับเฉลี่ยประมาณร้อยละ 21 ประเภทวิชาเกษตรกรรมมีจำนวนรายการเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 59 และหลักสูตรระยะสั้นมีจำนวนรายการเฉลี่ยประมาณ ร้อยละ 57 6) ด้านเจ้าหน้าที่พนักงาน สถานศึกษาส่วนใหญ่มีเจ้าหน้าที่ธุรการระหว่าง 1-3 คน มีคนขับรถ 1-2 คน มีคนงาน 6-16 คน มีรถยนต์แห่งละ 1 คัน จำนวนเจ้าหน้าที่ที่พักในบ้านพักของวิทยาลัยเกษตรกรรมประมาณร้อยละ 90-100 ส่วนในสถานศึกษาอื่นส่วนใหญ่มีจำนวนน้อย แต่โดยเฉลี่ยรวมเจ้าหน้าที่พักในบ้านพักร้อยละ 52 7) ด้านสิ่งบริการ สถานศึกษา 6 แห่ง มีหนังสือต่างๆ สูงกว่าเกณฑ์ และสถานศึกษาส่วนใหญ่มีวารสารวิชาการ นิตยสารทั่วไป หนังสือพิมพ์ที่มีประจำสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ ส่วนตู้ทำน้ำเย็น ก๊อกน้ำ และเครื่องเล่นกีฬามีจำนวนพอสมควร 8) ด้านการเงิน สถานศึกษาต่างๆ ใช้เงินงบประมาณปี 2524 ประมาณแห่งละ 3-11 ล้านบาท ค่าใช้จ่ายรายหัวตามเงินงบประมาณแห่งละ 3,480.16 ถึง 19,637.78 บาท และเฉลี่ย 9,271.06 บาท และใช้เงินนอกงบประมาณแห่งละประมาณ 0.36-1.4 ล้านบาท ค่าใช้จ่ายรายหัวเงินนอกงบประมาณของสถานศึกษาต่างๆ ประมาณระหว่าง 393.06-2,182.33 บาท และเฉลี่ย 1,248.13 บาท สถานศึกษา 5 แห่ง มีเงินทุนให้นักศึกษา แห่งละ 2,500-20,300 บาท 9) การสำเร็จการศึกษาและการออกกลางคัน ระดับ ปวช. มีผู้จบตามกำหนดเวลาเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 66.39 จบช้าเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 12.88 และออกกลางคันเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 20.62 ระดับ ปวส. มีผู้จบตามกำหนดเวลาเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 71.92 จบช้าเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 8.13 และออกกลางคันเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 20.57 หลักสูตร 3.5 เดือน มีผู้จบตามกำหนดเวลาเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 51.50 สอบตกเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 10.36 และออกกลางคันเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 38.14 หลักสูตร 1 ปี มีผู้จบตามกำหนดเวลาเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 56.58 สอบตกเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 10.53 และออกกลางคันเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 32.89 | |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this research was to study the educational status of thirteen schools and colleges (one technical school, seven technical colleges, two vocational colleges, two agricultural colleges, and one polytechnic school) in the Eastern region under the auspices of the department of vocational education in the academic year 1981. A school survey method was employed to collect the data concerning the status of the schools Old colleges. The data was analysed with frequency, percentage, ratio, and arithmetic mean. Some variables were compared with the technical and vocational criterions of the Ministry of education. Major findings were as follow: 1. Programs and Students : There were five fields taught in schools and colleges in the Eastern region namely; trade & industry, home economic, commerce, art & craft, and agriculture. They were taught in four levels; vocation certificate, higher vocational certification, technical diploma, and short courses. There were five to eight major subjects in the technical schools and colleges, four to five major subjects in the Vocational colleges, one major subject in the agriculture colleges, 17 short courses in the polytechnic school. The student total in each school and college were 454-1163 students in regular time, 570- 1635 students in evening time. Each major subject had 30-50 students, but some were more. The average of the admission of candidates was 45.86 % in the vocational certificate level, 50.40 % in the higher vocational certificate level, 60 % in technical diploma level, 65.63% in one year-short course level. Each school and college had 4-11 educational clubs. Each dub had 10-700 members. 2. Teachers : There are 30-85 teachers in each school and college. The ratio of teachers who held Bachelor' ร degree and higher, to ones held lower Bachelor's degree was 4:3. The ratio of academic teachers to vocational ones was 1:3. The ratio of teachers to students was 1:11.81. The average of teaching hour in each school and college was 18.60-35.54 periods per week. The teaching hour average on vocational certificate level was 14.56-19.89 periods per week in regular time, and 8.37-14.65 periods per week in evening time. There were some teachers, but not many, taught on other levels. Teachers who taught less than 15 periods per week were about 8.12 %, but they did other duties besides teaching. 3. School area ; AL1 schools and colleges had more area than the criterions. Colleges in outside Amphoe Muang had more void area than the schools and colleges in Amphoe Muang. 4. Bui dings and learning area Schools and colleges had mostly two to three buildings, six to 36 classrooms. Only two colleges which were agricultural colleges had more classroom area per student than the criterion. Most trade 8c industry workshops area were (0.81- 17.94 square-meters per student) less than the criterions. Home economic workshops area were 0.77-1.95 square-meters per student. Commercial operation-room area were 0.29-1.74 square-meters per student. Both agricultural colleges had a lot of working fields. Eight colleges had more library-area (2.03-4.00 square-meters per student) than the criterion. Six colleges had more school dinning room-area (า.40-1.85 square-meters per student) than the criterion. Most lavatories in schools and colleges had enough. The teacher office area were between 4.73-12.54 square-meters per teacher. There were 63.77 of teachers who lived in schools and colleges. 5. The Equipment and Machine for practice : No school and college had fully the number of equipments and machines according to the number of the list. The percentage of the number of the list and the count of each field were as follow. 5.1 The trade and industry field had 58 % of the list, and 85% of< the count 5.2 The home economic field had 61.60 % the list, 68.25 % of the count 5.3 The art and craft field had 26 % of the list, and 21 % of the count 5.4 The agriculture field had 59 % of the list 5.5 The polytechnic school and 57 % of the list 6. The clerk and workman ะ Each school and college had mostly one to three clerk one to two drivers, six to sixteen workmen, and one car. There were 90-100 % of the men of agricultural colleges lived in the colleges, but only seven to 57 % of the men lived in other schools and colleges. The total average of the men lived in schools and colleges was 52 %. 7.The School Service ; About half of schools and colleges had more books than the criterion, and most schools and colleges had more journals and newspapers than the criterions. Most schools and colleges had water-coolers, water-taps, and game materials. 8. The Finance ; Each school and college had spent three to eleven millions baht from the government budget. The expenditures . from the government 'budget were 3,480.16-19,637 baht per student, and the average was 9,271.06 baht per student. Each school and college spent 0.36-1.4 millions baht from the revenues of each school and college. The expenditures from the revenues of each school and college were 393.06-2,182.33 baht per student, and the average was 1,248.13 baht per student. The scholarships awarded to students of each school and college were about 2,500-20,300 baht. 9.The Graduation and Dropout ; On vocational certificate level, there were 66.39 % of students who gradated on due time, 12.88 % of students who gradated After due time, and 20.62 % students who were dropout. On higher vocational certificate level, there were 71.92% of students who gradated on due time, 8. า3 % of students who gradated after due time, and 20.57 % of students who were dropout. On 3.5 months-short courses level, there were 51.50 % of students who gradated on due time, 10.36 % of students who failed in the examination, and 38.14 % of students who were dropout. On one year-short courses level, there were 56.58 % of students who gradated on due time, 10.53 /6 of students who failed in the examination, and 32.89 % of students who were dropout. | |
