dc.description.abstractวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย 1. เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารการศึกษาและครูประจำการในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร เกี่ยวกับความพร้อมในการใช้หลักสูตรประถมศึกษา 2521 อันประกอบด้วย อาคารสถานที่ และแหล่งบริการวิชาการความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับหลักสูตรและวัสดุหลักสูตร กิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน สื่อการเรียน การวัดและประเมินผล 2. เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารการศึกษาและครูประจำการต่อการใช้หลักสูตรประถมศึกษา 2521 วิธีการดำเนินการวิจัย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามเพื่อสำรวจความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารการศึกษาและครูประจำการ โรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร เกี่ยวกับความพร้อม 5 ด้าน คือ ความพร้อมด้านอาคารสถานที่ และแหล่งบริการวิชาการ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับหลักสูตรและวัสดุหลักสูตร กิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน สื่อการเรียนและการวัดผลและประเมินผล โดยมีลักษณะคำถามเป็นแบบเขียนเครื่องหมาย เติมข้อความ มาตรส่วนประเมินค่าและคำถามปลายเปิด ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแยกประเภท (Stratified Random Sampling) ได้โรงเรียนที่เป็นตัวอย่างประชากร 78 โรงประกอบด้วยผู้บริหารการศึกษา 229 คน ครูประจำการ 266 คนนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์โดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( Mean) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ( Standard Deviation ) และเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างระหว่างความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูประจำการโดยการทดสอบค่าซี (z-test) ผลของการวิจัย 1. โรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ส่วนใหญ่ไม่พร้อมต่อการใช้หลักสูตรประถมศึกษา 2521 อันเนื่องมาจากระดับมาตรฐานและคุณภาพของโรงเรียนยังแตกต่างกันในเรื่องของขนาดโรงเรียน จำนวนบุคลากร นักเรียน และคุณภาพทางการศึกษา 2. ผู้บริหารการศึกษาและครูประจำการมีความคิดเห็นต่อความพร้อมด้านอาคารสถานที่และแหล่งบริการทางวิชาการ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับหลักสูตรและวัสดุหลักสูตร กิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนแตกต่างกันที่ระดับความมีนัยสำคัญ .05 3.ผู้บริหารการศึกษาและครูประจำการมีความคิดเห็นบางส่วนต่อความพร้อมในด้านสื่อการเรียน การวัดและประเมินผล แตกต่างกันที่ระดับความมีนัยสำคัญ .05 และความคิดเห็นอีกบางส่วนไม่แตกต่างกันที่ระดับความมีนัยสำคัญ .05
dc.description.abstractalternativePurposes The purposes of this research were : 1. To study the opinions of the administrators and the teachers of Bangkok Metropolis Elementary Schools towards the application of Elementary School Curriculum B.E. 2521 in the areas of buildings and academic resources, understanding about curriculum and materials, learning activities, learning media, measurement and evaluation. 2. To compare the opinions of the administrators and teachers in implementing the Curriculum B.E.2521. Procedure The questionnaires were constructed to survey the opinions of administrators and teachers of Bangkok Metropolis Elementary Schools towards the application of Elementary School Curriculum B.E. 2521 in the areas of 1. The building and academic resources. 2. Understanding about curriculum and materials. 3. Learning activities. 4. Learning media. 5. Measurement and evaluation. The questionnaires were constructed in the form of checking, completion rating scale, and opened end. Stratified Random Sampling was used. The data were obtained from 78 schools, 229 administrators and 266 teachers. The data were analyzed by using percentage, proportion, mean, standard deviation and comparing the opinions of the administrators and the teachers by using z –test. Finding 1. Most of the elementary schools in the Bangkok Metropolis were not ready to use the Curriculum B.E. 2521, due to the fact of standard of the schools, difference in size, number of personnel pupils, and academic achievement. 2. The results of the z –test analysis were significantly different at. 05 on the availability of buildings and academic resources, understanding about curriculum and materials, learning activities. 3. The results of the z-test analysis showed that some opinions were significantly different at the .05 level, and others were not different on the availability learning media, measurement and evaluation.
