| Abstract: | วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย พื่อสำรวจปัญหาปัจจุบันในการใช้หลักสูตรมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย ฉบับพุทธศักราช 2518 ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ในเขตการศึกษา 8 วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้แก่ แบบสำรวจสำหรับบุคลากรที่มีส่วนในการใช้หลักสูตรดังกล่าว ประกอบด้วยผู้บริหารโรงเรียน หัวหน้าหมวดวิชา อาจารย์ผู้สอน และเจ้าหน้าที่ต่าง ๆ ในโรงเรียน ซึ่งได้แก่ เจ้าหน้าที่แนะแนว เจ้าหน้าที่ทะเบียน เจ้าหน้าที่วัดผลการศึกษา และเจ้าหน้าที่ห้องสมุด บุคลากรเหล่านี้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อยู่ในโรงเรียนสังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ ในเขตการศึกษา 8 จำนวน 17 โรงเรียน ยกเว้นโรงเรียนมัธยมแบบประสม ได้รับแบบสำรวจคืนจากผู้ตอบ จำนวน 472 คน หรือคิดเป็นร้อยละ 100 ของแบบสำรวจที่ส่งไปทั้งหมด แบบสำรวจดังกล่าวมี 14 ชุด แต่ละชุดประกอบด้วยแบบตรวจสอบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สัดส่วนค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย (x̅) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ( S.D.) ผลของการวิจัย ผลของการวิจัยสรุปได้ ดังนี้ ในด้านบริหารหลักสูตร ข้อมูลที่ได้แสดงว่า ผู้บริหารประสบปัญหาต่าง ๆ ดังต่อไปนี้ คือ ( 1 ) การขาดบุคลากรสำหรับทำหน้าที่ต่าง ๆ ( 2 ) ความไม่เพียงพอของเอกสารหลักสูตร ( 3 ) ความไม่สอดคล้องของหมวดวิชาชีพต่อความต้องการของนักเรียน และ ( 4 ) การจัดโปรแกรมการสอนเพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของท้องถิ่น ทางด้านการสอน หัวหน้าหมวดวิชาและอาจารย์ผู้สอนประสบปัญหาเกี่ยวกับ ( 1 ) การขาดแคลนเอกสารหลักสูตร ( 2 ) ความจำกัดของจำนวนวิชาที่เปิดสอนให้แก่นักเรียน ทั้งนี้ เนื่องมาจากการขาดอาจารย์ผู้สอน ( 3 ) ความไม่เพียงพอของเวลาสำหรับอาจารย์ผู้สอนที่จะสอนให้ครบตามที่หลักสูตรกำหนด และสำหรับนักเรียนที่จะศึกษาค้นคว้าด้วยตนเอง ( 4 ) อาจารย์ผู้สอนขาดความรู้และประสบการณ์ในการเขียนจุดมุ่งหมายเชิงพฤติกรรม เจ้าหน้าที่ทั้ง 4 ฝ่าย ซึ่งได้แก่ เจ้าหน้าที่ทะเบียน วัดผลการศึกษา แนะแนว และเจ้าหน้าที่ห้องสมุด ประสบปัญหามากเหมือนกัน 3 ประการ คือ ( 1 ) ขาดแคลนบุคลากรที่จะปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในแต่ละฝ่ายโดยตรง ( 2 ) ขาดแคลนวัสดุ อุปกรณ์และสถานที่ในการดำเนินงาน ( 3 ) ขาดความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับหลักสูตรและงานในหน้าที่ของตนเอง |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of the Study The intent of this study was to survey the problems of 2518 B.E. Upper Secondary Curriculum implementation in Educational Region 8. Procedures A questionnair was administered to the personnel working in 17 schools (excluding Comprehensive High Schools) under the auspices of the Department of General Education, Ministry of Education. They were administrators, heads of subject areas, classroom instructors and the four categories of staff, namely, counselors, registrars, evaluators and librarians. The questionnaires were returned from 472 respondents (100 percent of all the coppies sent). The questionnaire comprised of 14 sets for different groups of personnel. Each set was devided into two main sections: check list and rating scale. The data were analyzed using proportion, percentage, arithmetic mean, and standard deviation. The Research Findings The research results can be summarized as follow: In the phase of curriculum administration, the data revealed the following problems: (1) shortage of personnel for various functions; (2) inadequacy of curriculum materials; (3) irrelevance of vocational subject area to the needs of the students; and (4) arrangement of instructional programs to suit local conditions. In the phase of instruction, the department heads and instructors faced with the following problems: (1) lack of curriculum materials; (2) limitation of courses offered to students due to the inadequacy of instructors; (3) insufficient amount of time for both instructors to cover the content completely and for students to conduct their independent study; (4) lack of knowledge and experience among the instructors in writing behavioral objectives. The four categories of services personnel namely, registrars, evaluators, counselors and librarians expressed the following common problems of (1) personnel shortage; (2)lack of materials and facilities; (3) inadequate understanding and knowledge about their functions and the new curriculum. |
