dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความจุปอดกับประสิทธิภาพของระบบไหลเวียนโลหิต ความจุปอด กับระยะเวลาในการกลั้นลมหายใจและประสิทธิภาพของระบบไหลเวียนโลหิต กับระยะเลาในการกลั้นลมหายใจ กลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรเป็นนักเรียนชายระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย ที่มีสมรรถภาพทางกายสมบูรณ์ ของโรงเรียนเทพศิรินทร์ จำนวน 200 คน มีอายุเฉลี่ย 17.56 ปี น้ำหนักเฉลี่ย 52.26 กิโลกรัม และส่วนสูงเฉลี่ย 166.62 เซนติเมตร ผู้เข้ารับการทดสอบทุกคนต้องเข้ารับการทดสอบความจุปอด ระยะเวลาในการกลั้นลมหายใจ และทดสอบประสิทธิภาพของระบบไหลเวียนโลหิต นำผลที่ได้จากการทดสอบ มาวิเคราะห์ตามสถิติ โดยหาค่าสูงสุด ค่าต่ำสุด ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ และทดสอบค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า ประสิทธิภาพของการไหลเวียนโลหิตกับความจุปอดไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 ความจุปอดกับระยะเวลาในการกลั้นลมหายใจ มีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 และประสิทธิภาพของระบบไหลเวียนโลหิต กับระยะเวลาในการกลั้นลมหายใจ ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this research was to study the relationships between the vital capacity of the lungs, the efficiency of blood circulation, and the duration of breath holding. Population sampling groups were secondary school children of Dhebsirin School. Those 200 students have strong physical and have the average ages of 17.56 years, weight of 52.26 kilograms and height of 166.62 centimetres. All of them were tested lung capacity, duration of breath holding, and the efficiency of blood circulation. The results of the tests had been statistically analyzed to find the maximum score minimum score, means, standard deviation, correlation coefficiency tests of correlation. The results of the analysis showed that there was no significant relationship between the efficiency of blood circulation and the vital capacity of the lungs and between the efficincy of blood circulation and the duration of breath holding at .05 level. However, there was significant relationship between the vital capacity of the lungs and the duration of breath holding at .05 level.
