dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อติดตามผลในการปฏิบัติงานของบัณฑิตครุศาสตร์ สาขาวิชาพลศึกษา ที่สำเร็จการศึกษาจากคณะครุศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ตั้งแต่ปีการศึกษา 2505-2523 โดยผู้วิจัยส่งแบบสอบถามไปยังกลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรคือ บัณฑิตครุศาสตร์ สาขาวิชาพลศึกษา จำนวน 358 คน และผู้บังคับบัญชาของบัณฑิตจำนวน 264 คนได้รับแบบสอบถามคืนมาจากบัณฑิตร้อยละ 61.45 และจากผู้บังคับบัญชาร้อยละ 60.00 และนำมาวิเคราะห์ตามวิธีทางสถิติโดยใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบด้วยค่าที (t-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้บังคับบัญชาและบัณฑิตเห็นว่า ความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานของบัณฑิตมีความสามารถมากในด้านต่างๆ ดังนี้ ด้านความรู้ความสามารถทางวิชาการ บัณฑิตมีความรู้และความเข้าใจถึงความสำคัญของวัตถุประสงค์เชิงพฤติกรรม มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับหลักสูตรประมวลการสอนและการวัดผลประเมินผลทางพลศึกษา ควรติดตามความเคลื่อนไหวทางพลศึกษาและทางวิชาการทั่วไปด้านการสอน บัณฑิตมีความสามารถในการปกครองชั้นเรียน มีการรับฟังความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนในเรื่องการเรียนการสอน ความสามารถในการอธิบายและสาธิตทักษะทางกีฬา ด้านบุคลิกภาพ บัณฑิตมีความสุภาพอ่อนโยนและร่าเริงแจ่มใส แต่งกายสะอาดและท่าทางเหมาะสมกับเป็นครูพลศึกษา มีความขยันขั้นแข็งอดทนไม่ย่อท้อต่ออุปสรรค รับฟังความคิดเห็นและกล้าแสดงความคิดเห็นอย่างมีเหตุผล ด้านคุณธรรมและความประพฤติ บัณฑิตมีความเมตตากรุณาโอบอ้อมอารี แสดงความยินดีในความสำเร็จของผู้อื่น เสียสละเพื่อส่วนรวมและอุทิศเวลาในการทำงาน ด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์ บัณฑิตมีความสามารถในการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใสต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา ผู้ร่วมงาน นักเรียน เจ้าหน้าที่ และภารโรงด้าน ทัศนะต่ออาชีพครู บัณฑิตมีความซื่อตรงต่อหน้าที่และเวลา ใช้เวลาว่างให้เป็นประโยชน์ต่ออาชีพครู สร้างและรักษาชื่อเสียงให้กับตนเองและสถาบันที่สอนอยู่ ความคิดเห็นของผู้บังคับบัญชาและบัณฑิต ต่อความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานของบัณฑิตไม่มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 ยกเว้นด้านความรู้ ความสามารถทางวิชาการ ด้านบุคลิกภาพ และด้านทัศนะต่ออาชีพครู
dc.description.abstractalternativePurpose of this study was to investigate the working competencies of faculty of education Chulalongkorn University graduates majoring in physical education. Questionnaires were sent to 358 graduates and 264 administrators. Sixty one percent of questionnaires were returned. The data were analyzed in terms of percentage, means, and standard deviations. A t-test was also employed to determine any significant difference. The major findings were as follows : The working competencies of faculty of education Chulalongkorn University graduates majoring in physical education were in the following aspects. Knowledge experience : to be able to understand and to recognize the important behavioral objective, to be knowledgeable in curriculum content, measurement, evaluation and to be able to follow up the movement in physical education and in general education. Teaching ability : to be able to supervise students in the classes, to listen to the pupil’s opinion on learning and teaching’s problems and to be able to explain and to demonstrate sport skill effectively. Personality : to be polite, lifely, clean, and neatly, to be industrious and perseverance, and to be able to express oneself logically. Characteristic : to be open-minded and to dedicate oneself for the groups and to the duties assigned. Human relation : to be able to work with the others effectively, to be nice to his own administrator co-worker, pupils, and the other school’s personnel. Attitude towards teaching profession : to be responsible to assigned duties, to spend free time for the benefit of teaching, to improve and maintain oneself for the benefit of the school. It was also found that there was no significant difference between the opinion concerning the working competencies as expressed by the graduates and by the administrators significantly at .05 level except in the aspect of knowledge and experience, personality and attitude towards teaching profession.
