dc.description.abstract	การศึกษานี้เป็นการศึกษาเพื่อประเมินผลหลังการใช้งานของโครงการพัฒนาริมตลิ่งแม่น้ำน่าน ระยะที่ 1 (สวนชมน่าน) หรือ โครงการสวนชมน่านระยะที่ 1 เป็นการสำรวจพฤติกรรม กิจกรรมการใช้งานภายในสวน ความสอดคล้องกันทางด้านกายภาพและแนวความคิดในการออกแบบรวมถึงสำรวจความต้องการของผู้ที่มาทำกิจกรรม วิธีที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ สังเกตการณ์ และการสัมภาษณ์ จากการศึกษาพบว่า มีปัญหาที่พบภายในโครงการสวนชมน่านระยะที่ 1 ดังนี้ ปัญหาการใช้สวน , ปัญหาองค์ประกอบภายในสวน , ความปลอดภัยภายในสวน , การดูแลรักษาและการจัดการ , การใช้พืชพรรณ และปัญหาน้ำท่วมโครงการ หลังการศึกษาสาเหตุของปัญหา ได้ทำการเสนอแนวทางในการปรับปรุงและแก้ไขคือ การแก้ไขปัญหาด้านการใช้สวน เช่น เสนอให้มีการเพิ่มกิจกรรมในบางพื้นที่เพื่อให้เกิดความเชื่อมต่อของกิจกรรมและช่วยให้เกิดการกระจายตัวของผู้ใช้มากขึ้น การแก้ไขปัญหาด้านการใช้สวน เช่น เสนอให้มีการเพิ่มกิจกรรมในบางพื้นที่เพื่อให้เกิดความเชื่อมต่อของกิจกรรมและช่วยให้เกิดการกระจายตัวของผู้ใช้มากขึ้น การแก้ไขปัญหาด้านองค์ประกอบภายในสวนเช่น เสนอให้มีการจัดดูแลปรับปรุงสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกและอุปกรณ์สนามภายในโครงการ รวมถึงการดูและพืชพรรณต่างๆ เป็นต้น
dc.description.abstractalternative	This research aims to evaluate the post occupancy of the Nan Riverbank Project phase 1 (Chom Nan Park) or Chom Nan Park Project 1. This is a study of behaviors and activities of the park users; the relationships between the design concepts and the existing conditions. The methods used in this study include extensive observations and interviews. The research found that the major problems in the first phase of Chom Nan Park are the inappropriate use of the park, the design composition and elements, safety, maintenance and planting design. The research has proposed the solutions such as promoting more activities in some areas and encourages the use throughout the park.
