dc.description.abstractจุดประสงค์ของวิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้ เพื่อพัฒนาโปรแกรมช่วยในการเลือกอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์ให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดการประมูล โดยผู้ใช้งานสามารถที่จะกำหนดรายละเอียดของอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์และเลือกอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์ที่ต้องการจัดซื้อในขั้นต้นได้ จากโปรแกรมดังกล่าว ผู้ใช้งานสามารถตรวจสอบได้ว่ามีอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์ของบริษัทใดบ้างที่มีคุณสมบัติ ตรงกับข้อกำหนดรายละเอียดที่ผู้ต้องการซื้อกำหนดไว้ หลังจากที่ได้ทราบถึงรายละเอียดของอุปกรณ์แต่ละชนิดแล้ว ผู้ใช้งานสามารถเปรียบเทียบราคาอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์ของแต่ละบริษัท เพื่อช่วยตัดสินใจจัดซื้ออุปกรณ์ดังกล่าว การพัฒนาโปรแกรมช่วยในการเลือกอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์ให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดการประมูลผู้วิจัยได้พัฒนาโดยใช้โปรแกรมไมโครซอฟต์แอกเซส โดยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ส่วนคือ โปรแกรมช่วยในการเลือกอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์และข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมช่วยในการเลือกอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์ซึ่งประกอบด้วยส่วนต่างๆ คือ ฟอร์มจำนวน 75 ฟอร์ม คิวรีจำนวน 42 คิวรี รายงานจำนวน 22 รายงาน แมคโครจำนวน 12 แมคโคร ผู้ใช้งานสามารถพัฒนาหรือปรับปรุงโปรแกรมในส่วนต่างๆเพิ่มเติมได้ ข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวกับรายการอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์ต่างๆได้ถูกจัดเก็บไว้ในเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ โดยผู้ใช้งานสามารถค้นหาข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมได้จากแหล่งข้อมูลต่างๆ เช่น จากอินเทอร์เน็ตหรือศูนย์บริการข้อมูลต่างๆ-
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purpose of this thesis is to develop a computer program to help the user in selecting computer equipment in accordance with the bidding specification. With this program, the user will be able to search for vendors whose equipment meets the required specification and to compare the prices before making decision. Microsoft access was used by having 2 main modules. Program to select computer equipment module and information support to select the computer equipment module and information support to select the computer equipment module. In this program consists of 75 forms, 42 querys, 22reports, and 12 macros which users can modify or develop. The user can create the specification of equipment to files, and can search more information from INTERNET and other resources.-
