dc.description.abstractการวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรต่อไปนี้คือ การยอมรับหลักสูตรของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนกับทัศนคติของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนที่มีต่อผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง การยอมรับหลักสูตรของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนกับความสามารถในการยอมรับข่าวสารของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน และการยอมรับหลักสูตรของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนกับโครงสร้างของสังคมภายในโรงเรียนที่เอื้ออำนวยต่อการบริหารหลักสูตร ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือผู้บริหารโรงเรียนจากโรงเรียนส่วนกลางและส่วนภูมิภาค จำนวน 234 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลคือแบบสอบถาม ส่วนการวิเคราะห์ใช้การหาค่าร้อยละ และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน คำนวณโดยใช้เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ ใช้โปรแกรม SPSS ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1.การยอมรับหลักสูตรมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น พุทธศักราช 2521 ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับทัศนคติของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนที่มีต่อผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ คือ 0.34. 2. การยอมรับหลักสูตรมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น พุทธศักราช 2521 ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความสามารถในการรับข่าวสารของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ = 0.19. 3. การยอมรับหลักสูตรมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น พุทธศักราช 2521 ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับโครงสร้างของสังคมภายในโรงเรียน โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ = 0.10. 4.การยอมรับหลักสูตรมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น พุทธศักราช 2521 ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมีความสัมพันธ์ กับทัศนคติที่มีต่อผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง ความสามารถในการรับข่าวสารและโครงสร้างของสังคมภายในโรงเรียน ที่เอื้ออำนวยต่อการบริหารหลักสูตรในระดับที่ต่างกัน-
dc.description.abstractalternativeThis research aims at studying the relations among these variables: the school administrators' curriculum acceptance and their attitudes towards the change agents, the school administrators' curriculum acceptance and their capability in receiving information and the school administrators' curriculum acceptance and the school social structure which helps facilitate the curriculum administration. The population used in this research is composed of 234 school administrators both in and outside Bangkok. Mailing Questionnaires were tool used in collecting data. Analyzing data was percentage and Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Coefficiences through the SPSS program. Findings 1. The school administrators' curriculum acceptance is positively correlated to their attitudes towards the change agents, (r = 0.34). 2. The school administrators' curriculum acceptance is positively correlated to their capability in receiving information (r = 0.19). 3. The school administrators' curriculum acceptance is positively correlated to the school social structure (r =, 0.10). 4. The school administrators' curriculum acceptance is correlated at varied levels to their attitudes towards the change agents, towards their capability in receiving information and towards the school social structure which facilitates the curriculum administration.-
