dc.description.abstractการวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการออกแบบระบบการวางแผนรายการอาหารสำหรับโรงพยาบาลด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ เพื่อให้ผู้ป่วยสามารถเลือกรับประทานอาหารได้จากรายการอาหารที่กำหนดให้ ผู้วิจัยได้ทำการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาเพื่อออกแบบ และสร้างระบบการวางแผนรายการอาหารและการวางแผนการผลิตให้เป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์ดังกล่าว โดยการออกแบบรายงานรายการอาหารที่ให้ผู้ป่วยเลือก รายงานสถิติการใช้วัตถุดิบและราคาขึ้นลงของวัตถุดิบและรายงานต่างๆ ที่จำเป็นสำหรับการวางแผนรายการอาหารและการวางแผนการผลิตพร้อมทั้งเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล และออกแบบแฟ้มข้อมูลที่ต้องใช้ในการออกรายงานที่ออกแบบโดยใช้ตัวอย่างข้อมูลบางส่วนจากโรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดีและโรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ที่สร้างขึ้นนี้เป็นภาษาดีเบสทู เวอร์ชัน 2.4 สำหรับการสร้างแฟ้มข้อมูล การอัพเดทแฟ้มข้อมูล และการออกรายงานต่างๆ เพื่อใช้ในการวางแผนรายการอาหารและโดยใช้ตัวอย่างข้อมูลบางส่วนจากโรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดีและโรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ ระบบการวางแผนรายการอาหารด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์นี้ได้ใช้ภาษาดีเบสทู เวอร์ชัน 2.4 สำหรับการสร้างแฟ้มข้อมูล การอัพเดทแฟ้มข้อมูล และการออกรายงานต่างๆ เพื่อใช้ในการวางแผนรายการอาหารและการวางแผนการผลิตที่มีประสิทธิภาพ ซึ่งตัวอย่างรายงานต่างๆได้นำมาเสนอไว้ในวิทยานิพนธ์นี้แล้ว ระบบการวางแผนรายการอาหารและการผลิตที่สร้างขึ้นนี้ ทำให้ทราบข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการวางแผนรายการอาหารและการผลิตได้อย่างรวดเร็วและทันต่อเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นและมีผลทำให้การทำงานของหน่วยงาน ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการวางแผนรายการอาหารและการผลิตดำเนินไปอย่างราบรื่นและมีประสิทธิภาพ-
dc.description.abstractalternativeThis research aims at designing and implementing computerized menu planning system for hospital so as to keep patients diet in control. The researcher conducted statistical analysis of raw materials to be used and the fluctuation of their market prices, designed various alternatives of food menus for patients including production plans, gathered necessary data, and implemented file management system. Data were gathered from Ramathibodhi Hospital and Chulalongkorn Hospital. This computerized menu planning system used dBASE II language, version 2.4 for construction of files, updating files and presentation of reports of the most effective menu planning and production plans. The results of the implementation of this computerized menu planning system were shown to be impressive, since the information of menu and production plan of each patient could be presented readily, which, in turn, helped increase efficiency of all divisions involved in menu planning and production work.-
