| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการติดตามควบคุมกำกับ และประเมินผลการดำเนินงานตามนโยบายเร่งรัดคุณภาพการศึกษาของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการประถมศึกษา แห่งชาติของสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดในภาคตะวันออกของประเทศไทย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดในภาคตะวันออกของประเทศไทย ทุกจังหวัด (8 จังหวัด) ไม่ได้มีการดำเนินการติดตามควบคุมกำกับ และประเมินผลการดำเนิน งานตามนโยบายเร่งรัดคุณภาพการศึกษาของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการประถมศึกษาแห่งชาติ เป็นการเฉพาะอย่างเป็นระบบที่ชัดเจน แต่ทุกจังหวัดได้ดำเนินนโยบายเร่งรัดคุณภาพการศึกษา ตามมาตรการที่สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการประถมศึกษาแห่งชาติกำหนด คือ มาตรการในการ บริหาร มาตรการในการประเมินคุณภาพนักเรียน และมาตรการในการกำกับและนิเทศ |
| Other Abstract: | The objective of this study was to identify monitoring, control and evaluation performed by the office of the Provincial Primary Education in the Eastern Region of Thailand according to the policy of accelerated primary educational standard set up by the office of the National Primary Education Commission. It was found that all of the office of the Provincial Primary Education in the Eastern Region of Thailand (8 changwats) did not having a clearly system for monitoring, control and evaluation according to the policy of accelerated primary educational standard set up by the Office of the National Primary Education Commission. However, all of them had performed according to the policy of accelerated primary educational standard set up by the office of the National Primary Education Commission assigned in administrative measure, measure for assessment of student quality, monitoring and supervise. |
