dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการดำเนินงานและปัญหาการดำเนินงานตามมาตรฐานการนิเทศภายในของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาที่ได้รับรางวัลพระราชทาน สังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษา จังหวัดปราจีนบุรีประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ผู้ช่วยผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและคณะครูทุกคน โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์ การศึกษาเอกสารและการสังเกต วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและนำเสนอในลักษณะของการบรรยายตามขอบเขตของการวิจัย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า โรงเรียนได้ดำเนินงานตามมาตรฐานการนิเทศมีการกำหนดผู้รับผิดชอบ และภารกิจงานนิเทศ โดยแต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการดำเนินงานนิเทศภายในเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบ ประกอบด้วยผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ผู้ช่วยผู้บริหารโรงเรียน หัวหน้าสายชั้น และให้คณะครูทุกคนมีส่วนร่วม มีการจัดระบบข้อมูลและสารสนเทศเพื่อการวางแผนนิเทศ ข้อมูลครอบคลุมการบริหารงานของโรงเรียนทั้ง 6 งาน มีการนำข้อมูลไปใช้ในการวางแผนนิเทศ การดำเนินการนิเทศมีการปฏิบัติงานตามโครงการและขั้นตอนที่กำหนดไว้ มีการประเมินผลอย่างเป็นระบบตั้งแต่ก่อนปฏิบัติงานจนถึงสิ้นสุดโครงการ มีการรายงานผลโดยพิจารณาจากคุณภาพและปริมาณงานที่ปรากฏให้หน่วยงานในสังกัดทราบ ปัญหาการดำเนินงานตามมาตรฐานการนิเทศ ได้แก่ บุคลากรในโรงเรียนขาดความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการวางแผน ขาดทักษะและเทคนิคการประเมินผล และขาดความร่วมมือจากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this study is to study the operation and its problems according to the standard criteria of the internal supervision of Royal Awarded Elementary Schools under the Jurisdiction of the Primary Education Office of Prachin Buri Province. The subjects include school administrators, deputy administrators and teachers. The data has been collected through interviews, documentation and observations. Content analysis is used in this study and it is presented in a descriptive form. It had been found out that the schools have followed those criteria by appointing an internal supervision committee to be in charge of the supervision. The committee includes administrators, deputy administrators, heads of class levels and all the teachers in schools. An information system and references have been compiled for supervision planning. The data covers the six tasks of school administration. The data was used in planning the supervision. The evaluation is carried out before the actual supervision takes place until the final step of the plan. The evaluation is systematic reported on the basis of quality and the existing amount of work. The arising problems are that the school staff lack understanding in planning, skills and techniques in evaluation. Moreover, they do not receive co-operation from agencies concerned.
