dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการจัดโครงการสวัสดิภาพในโรงเรียนและเปรียบเทียบปัญหาการจัดโครงการสวัสดิภาพในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา กรุงเทพมหานคร ตามตัวแปรขนาดโรงเรียน ผู้วิจัยได้สร้างแบบสอบถามและเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล โดยส่งแบบสอบถามไปยังผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา จำนวน 111 คน ผู้วิจัยได้รับแบบสอบถามกลับคืนมา 99 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 89.19 นำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์โดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และทดสอบความแตกต่างระหว่างคู่โดยวิธีของเชฟเฟ (Scheffe’ test) นำเสนอในรูปตารางและความเรียง ผลการวิจัยมีดังนี้ 1. สภาพการจัดโครงการสวัสดิภาพในโรงเรียน พบว่า โรงเรียนส่วนใหญ่จัดโครงการสวัสดิภาพเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานขั้นต่ำของอนุกรรมการสุขศึกษาสายการศึกษา ในคณะกรรมการสุขศึกษาแห่งชาติ โรงเรียนส่วนใหญ่อาคารเรียนไม่มีทางออกฉุกเฉิน ไม่มีบันไดหนีไฟ ไม่มีโรงฝึกพลศึกษา และไม่มีการจัดพาหนะรับส่งนักเรียน และปรากฏว่าโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาเพียงร้อยละ 89.90 มีการจัดโครงการสวัสดิภาพในโรงเรียน 2. ผู้บริหารมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัญหาการจัดโครงการสวัสดิภาพในโรงเรียน โดยส่วนรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อย มีปัญหารายข้อที่อยู่ในระดับมาก คือ สนามเด็กเล่นไม่เพียงพอกับจำนวนนักเรียน ไม่มีการฝึกซ้อมหนีไฟ ได้รับการนิเทศจากศึกษานิเทศก์ไม่เพียงพอ ขาดอุปกรณ์การสอนเรื่องสวัสดิศึกษา และขาดการประชาสัมพันธ์และให้ข่าวสารต่อชุมชนเกี่ยวกับสวัสดิภาพ 3. ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเกี่ยวกับปัญหาการจัดโครงการสวัสดิภาพของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาทั้ง 3 ขนาด ขนาดเล็ก ขนาดกลาง และขนาดใหญ่ ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purposes of the study were to investigate and compare the problems in organizing safety programs in the secondary schools in Bangkok Metropolis. The 111 questionnaires were mailed to Mathayom Suksa School administrators, 99 accounted for 89.19 percent, were returned. The obtained data were then analyzed by means of percentages, means, standard deviations. One-way Analysis of Variance and Scheffe’ test were also applied to determine the differences among the school sizes as an independent variable. Findings were as follows : 1. Most schools had organized school safety programs at the low standard level, as being defined by the Subcommittee on School Health Education of the National Committee on Health Education. Most schools had no emergency doors, no fire ladder exits, no gymnasiums, and no school buses. Ony 85.90 percent of schools had organized school safety programs. 2. The administrators perceived the problems in organizing school safety programs in the high level, they were : the insufficient school playground for students, no emergency fire drills, and insufficient supervision from school supervisors, the lack of teaching aids for safety education, and the lack of public relation and information about school safety programs 3. There were no statistically significant differences among large, medium, and small schools at the .05 level on problems in organizing school safety programs.
