dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะการประเมินการเรียนรู้ของครูคณิตศาสตร์ 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านความรู้ ด้านทักษะ และด้านคุณลักษณะ โดยทำการศึกษาจากประชากรครูคณิตศาสตร์ ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จังหวัดมหาสารคาม จำนวน 185 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบเก็บข้อมูลชีวสังคมภูมิหลัง แบบวัดสมรรถนะการประเมินการเรียนรู้ด้านความรู้ แบบวัดสมรรถนะการประเมินการเรียนรู้ ด้านทักษะ และแบบวัดสมรรถนะการประเมินการเรียนรู้ ด้านคุณลักษณะ ซึ่งผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นเอง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าความถี่ ความถี่ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเฉลี่ยร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ครูคณิตศาสตร์ส่วนใหญ่มีสมรรถนะการประเมินการเรียนรู้ ด้านความรู้ อยู่ในระดับต่ำ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 45.41 และระดับพอใช้ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 26.49 และยังพบว่าครูคณิตศาสตร์ที่มีวุฒิการศึกษาสูงกว่าปริญญาตรี สอนอยู่ในโรงเรียนขนาดกลาง และมีประสบการณ์ในการสอนวิชาคณิตศาสตร์ มากกว่า 10 ปี – 20 ปี มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยร้อยละด้านความรู้ มากกว่า 50 2.สมรรถนะการประเมินการเรียนรู้ ด้านทักษะ ของครูคณิตศาสตร์ พบว่าครูมีพฤติกรร การประเมินที่แสดงออกถึงทักษะในการประเมินความรู้ของผู้เรียน ทักษะในการประเมินทักษะ/กระบวนการ ทางคณิตศาสตร์ของผู้เรียน ทักษะในการประเมินคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียน และการประเมินอื่นๆ โดยพฤติกรรมที่พบส่วนใหญ่คือ การใช้คำถาม การใช้ตัวอย่างโจทย์ การประเมินจากการปฏิบัติงาน และ การประเมินความพร้อมของผู้เรียน 3. สมรรถนะการประเมินการเรียนรู้ ด้านคุณลักษณะ พบว่าครูคณิตศาสตร์ส่วนใหญ่มีคุณลักษณะในการประเมินการเรียนรู้ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this research was to study learning assessment competencies of mathematics teachers in three aspects’ knowledge, skill and attribute. The population was a group of 185 secondary school mathematics teachers in Mahasarakham province. The research instruments consisted of the three tests for competencies in learning assessment. Data were analyzed by using mean, standard deviation and qualitative data. The results of this research were summarized in three aspects of learning assessment competencies: 1. In knowledge aspect, most of mathematics teachers had learning assessment competency at fair and unsatisfactory levels. Mathematics teachers, who had educational background higher than bachelor’s degree, teaching in middle school and having experiences for teaching mathematics more than 10 – 20 years, had score of knowledge test more than 50% 2.In skill aspect, mathematics teachers assessed student’s learning of mathematics in term of knowledge, mathematical skill/process and attribute. Behavior assessments of teachers were using questions and mathematical word problems, and assessing students’ work and readiness. 3.In attribute aspect, most of mathematics teachers had learning assessment competency at the highest level.	en
