dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนมจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการจัดบริการแนะแนวใน โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา กรุงเทพมหานคร ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สภาพการจัดบริการแนะแนวในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาส่วนใหญ่มีการจัดบริการแนะแนว ครบทั้ง 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ บริการศึกษาข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับตัวเด็ก บริการสนเทศ บริการให้คำปรึกษา บริการจัดวางตัวบุคคล และบริการติดตามผล 1.1 บริการศึกษาข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับตัวเด็ก จัดโดยมีการวางแผน มีบุคลากรรับผิดชอบ และร่วมมือกับครู-อาจารย์อื่นด้านข้อมูลทั่วไปของนักเรียน 1.2 บริการสนเทศ จัดตั้ง 3 ด้าน คือ ทางด้านการศึกษา อาชีพ และด้านสังคมส่วนบุคคล 1.3 บริการให้คำปรึกษา เน้นที่การให้การปรึกษาเป็นรายบุคคล เพื่อให้ นักศึกษาสามารถแก้ปัญหาของตน 1.4 บริการจัดวางตัวบุคคล จัดโดยการแต่งตั้งครู-อาจารย์อื่นๆ เป็นคณะ กรรมการจัดสรรทุนให้นักเรียน 1.5 บริการติดตามผล จัดโดยขอความร่วมมือจากครู-อาจารย์อื่นที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดบริการแนะแนว 2. ปัญหาในการจัดบริการแนะแนวในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา มีผู้ระบุในระดับมากคืออัตรากำลังอาจารย์แนะแนวไม่พอเพียง
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of the research was to study the condition and problems concerning the administration of guidance service affairs of secondary schools under the jurisdiction of the Department of General Education, Bangkok Metropolis. Major findings were as follows: 1. Concerning the existing conditions, regarding the administration of guidance service affairs, most of the schools carried out all five activities, the appraisal service the informational service, the counseling service, the placement service and the follow up service. 1.1 In the appraisal service, planning, guidance personnels and other teachers cooperation were provided. 1.2 In the information service, all three dimensions educational, vocational and personal-social information were offered. 1.3 In the counseling service, individual counseling to assist students in solving their problems was the main concerned. 1.4 In the placement service, teachers were formed as committees for allocating financial aids to students. 1.5 In the follow up service, asking for cooperation from other teachers who are involved in guidance service affairs was employed. 2. The major problem of the administration of guidance service affairs was the shortage of professional guidance personnels.
