dc.description.abstractการวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงาน และองค์ประกอบที่ก่อให้เกิดความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูช่างอุตสาหกรรม กลุ่มวิทยาลัยเทคนิคภาคกลาง ผู้วิจัยได้ส่งแบบสอบถามจำนวน 615 ฉบับไปยังกลุ่มตัวอย่างซึ่งเป็นครู-อาจารย์ที่ทำการสอนทางด้านช่างอุตสาหกรรมรวม 6 สาขาวิชา ในวิทยาลัยเทคนิคกลุ่มภาคกลาง สังกัดกรมอาชีวศึกษา ได้รับแบบสอนถามคืนมาและสามารถใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ได้ทั้งสิ้น 538 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 89.48 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้วิธีการหาค่าร้อยละ การหาค่าเฉลี่ย การหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สันและการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบเพิ่มตัวแปรเป็นขั้นๆ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูช่างอุตสาหกรรม กลุ่มวิทยาลัยเทคนิคภาคกลางอยู่ในระดับสูง และครูช่างอุตสาหกรรมเห็นด้วยกับองค์ประกอบที่ก่อให้เกิดความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานทั้ง 10 องค์ประกอบในระดับปานกลาง 2. องค์ประกอบที่ก่อให้เกิดความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูช่างอุตสาหกรรมกลุ่มวิทยาลัย เทคนิคภาคกลาง มี 5 องค์ประกอบ โดยเรียงตามลำดับความสำคัญจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ ความก้าวหน้าในตำแหน่งการงาน ความรับผิดชอบ ความสำเร็จในการทำงาน ความมั่นคงในงานที่ทำ และการปฏิบัติในการบริหารของผู้บังคับบัญชา ผลการวิจัยได้รูปสมการพยากรณ์ดังนี้ ในรูปของคะแนนดิบ y’ = 1.49254+.12894x5 +.15729x4+.16701x1+.10631x8+.06629x10 ในรูปของคะแนนมาตรฐาน Z’= .24643z5+.22274z4+ .21635z1 + .16622Z8 +.11347z10
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purposes of the study were to study the job satisfaction and the factors affecting job satisfaction of industrial teachers in the central region technical colleges group. A set of questionnaires had been constructed and 615 copies were sent to the sample randomly selected from 6 divisions industrial teachers in the central region technical colleges group under the jurisdiction of department of vocational education. The questionnair obtained from 538 returned copies (87.48%). The data were analyzed by using Percentage, mean, Pearson correlation coefficients and the stepwise multiple regression analysis. The finding of research were as follows: 1. The job satisfaction of industrial teachers in the central region technical colleges group were at high level and the opinions of industrial teachers concerning 10 factors effection job satisfaction were at moderate level. 2. The factors effecting job satisfaction of industrial teachers in the central region technical colleges group by list in order of respective importance were advancement, responsibility, achievement, job security and administrator's working style. The equation derived from the analysis are: unstandardized scores y’ = 1.49254+.12894x5 +.15729x4+.16701x1+.10631x8+.06629x10. standardized scores Z’= .24643z5+.22274z4+ .21635z1 + .16622z8 +.11347z10.
