dc.description.abstract	วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ที่จะศึกษาต้นทุนการฟอกหนัง โดยทำการวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนของผลิตผลหลักและผลิตผลพลอยได้ที่ได้จากการฟอกหนัง ซึ่งได้ข้อมูลจากองค์การฟอกหนังระหว่างปี 2532 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า วิธีการวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนผลิตผลร่วมจากการฟอกหนัง ที่เหมาะสมคือวิธีแบ่ง ต้นทุนผลิตผลร่วมโดยใช้อัตราส่วนมูลค่าขาย ซึ่งหนังโคฟอกโครมขนาด 1-2 มิลลิเมตรและหนังท้องโคฟอกโครมที่เป็นผลิตผลร่วมมีต้นทุนเฉลี่ยตารางเดซิเมตรละ 4.92 บาท และ1.36 บาท ตามลำดับ หนังกระบือฟอกฝาดขนาด 3-5 มิลลิเมตร และหนังท้องกระบือฟอกฝาดที่เป็นผลิตผลร่วม มีต้นทุนเฉลี่ยกิโลกรัมละ 82.12 บาท และ 38.65 บาท ตามลำดับ สำหรับการคำนวณต้นทุนขององค์การฟอกหนังนั้น หนังโคฟอกโครมขนาด 1-2 มิลลิเมตร และหนังท้องโคฟอกโครม มีต้นทุนเฉลี่ยตารางเดซิเมตร ละ 4.99 บาท และ 1.19 บาท ตามลำดับ หนังกระบือฟอกฝาดขนาด 3-5 มิลลิเมตร และหนังท้องกระบือฟอกฝาด มีต้นทุนเฉลี่ยกิโลกรัมละ 76.35 บาท และ 39.25 บาท ตามลำดับ จะเห็นได้ว่า ต้นทุนทั้ง 2 วิธีที่แตกต่างกันนั้นมีสาเหตุสำคัญ เนื่องจากการกำหนดอัตราส่วนความสำคัญของผลิตผล ร่วมขององค์การฟอกหนังไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับมูลค่าขาย สำหรับปัญหาที่สำคัญของอุตสาหกรรมการฟอกหนังในปัจจุบัน คือการขาดแคลนหนังดิบเพื่อใช้เป็นวัตถุดิบในการฟอกหนัง อันเป็นสาเหตุสำคัญที่ทำให้ไม่สามารถผลิตหนังฟอกได้ตามความต้องการของผู้ผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องหนัง ทำให้เสียโอกาสที่ควรจะได้รับ รัฐบาลและ เอกชนจึงควรรีบหาทางแก้ไข เพื่อประโยชน์แก่ เศรษฐกิจของประเทศทั้งโดยตรงและโดยอ้อม
dc.description.abstractalternative	The objective of this thesis is to study the cost of tannage by analysing the cost of main product and by product from tannage. Data were obtained during the year 1989 from The Tanning Organization. The result of the study shows that the appropriate method to allocate joint costs is the "Relative Sales Value Method". The average cost of the 1-2 millimetre cow chrome tannage and the belly of cow chrome tannage which is its joint product are about 4.92 and 1.36 Baht per square decimetre respectively, and the average cost of the 3-5 millimetre buffalo vegetable tannage and the belly of buffalo vegetable tannage which is its joint product are about 82.12 and 38.65 Baht per kilogram respectively. According to the method used by the Tanning Organization, the average cost of the 1-2 millimetre cow chrome tannage and the belly of cow chrome tannage are about 4.99 and 1.19 Baht per square decimetre respectively, the average cost of the 3-5 millimetre buffalo vegetable tannage and the belly of buffalo vegetable tannage are about 76.35 and 39.25 Baht per kilogram respectively. It could be concluded that the difference between the costs of the two methods are caused by the ratio used by the Tanning Organization to allocate joint costs being unrelated to market prices. Furthermore, the main problem of the tannage industry is the scarcity of raw hide to be used as raw material in tannage. This causes the opportunity loss to leather producers. The government and private sectors should take any possible corrective action to remedy this situation in order to improve the national economy.
