| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการศึกษาการปรับตัวของนักศึกษาพยาบาลและศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล อัตมโนทัศน์ ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน กับการปรับตัวของนักศึกษาพยาบาลและ หาตัวแปรที่ร่วมพยากรณ์การปรับตัวของนักศึกษาพยาบาล ตัวอย่างประชากรเป็นนักศึกษาพยาบาลวิทยาลัยพยาบาลในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ สังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข 585 คน ซึ่งได้จาก การสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบวัด อัตมโนทัศน์ซึ่งปรับมาจากเครื่องมือของ ไพจิตร ฝักเจริญผล และแบบสอบถามการปรับตัว ซึ่งผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นเอง ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ค่าเฉลี่ยการปรับตัวของนักศึกษาพยาบาลโดยรวม และ ด้านการ เรียนภาคทฤษฎีด้านที่พักอาศัย ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมทางกายภาพบนหอผู้ป่วย ด้านบรรยากาศบนหอผู้ป่วยและความสัมพันธ์กับอาจารย์นิเทศก์และกลุ่มผู้ร่วมงานอยู่ในระดับ ปานกลาง ส่วนด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างอาจารย์และเพื่อน อยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ด้าน ชั้นปี รายได้ของครอบครัว และตัวแปรผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน อัตมโนทัศน์ มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก กับปรับตัวของนักศึกษาพยาบาล อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 (r =.26, r =.10, r =.40, r =.23)ตามลำดับ 3. ตัวแปรที่สามารถร่วมพยากรณ์การปรับตัวของนักศึกษาพยาบาลกระทรวงสาธารณสุขอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 ตามลำดับ คือ ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน ชั้นปี อัตมโนทัศน์ ซึ่งร่วมพยากรณ์การปรับตัวของนักศึกษาพยาบาลได้ ร้อยละ 22.99 (R2 = .2299) ให้สมการทำนายดังนี้ Z = 0.400 GPA + .205 Class + .170 scto (สมการในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน) | |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | Thesis research was designed to study the adjustment of student nurses, nursing colleges in Northeastern Region under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Public Health, and to investigate the relationship between personal factors, self-concept, academic achievement and to search for the variables that predict the adjustment of student nurses. The samples were 585 student nurses selected by multi-stages sampling. Self concept measuring instrument was adapted from Mrs.Paychit Fakcharoenpol and adjustment questionaire was developed by the researcher. Major findings were as follows : 1. Mean score of the adjustment of the student nurses as a whole and in the aspects of adjustment in theoretical study, accommodation, physical environment of patients' units, atmosphere and relationship with clinical nurses instructor and team work were at moderate level and in the aspect of relationship between instructors and peers were at high level. 2. There were positive significant relationship at .05 level between class level, family income, academic achievement, self-concept and adjustment of student nurses, r=.26, r=.10,r=.40, r=.23, respectively. 3. Factors that could predict the adjustment of student nurses were academic achievement, class level, self-concept; which significantly different at the .05 level.
