dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ประเภทของข้อความในการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษ ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 กรุงเทพมหานคร (2) ศึกษาความสามารถในการอ่านวิเคราะห์ประเภทของข้อความในการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 กรุงเทพมหานคร จำแนกตามประเภทของข้อความ 5 ประเภท คือ ข้อความเชิงบรรยาย ข้อความเชิงรายละเอียดข้อความเชิงเหตุผล ข้อความเชิงเปรียบเทียบ และข้อความเชิงปัญหาและการแก้ไข ตัวอย่างประชากรเป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ปีการศึกษา 2534 ซึ่งได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นจากโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา ในกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 16 โรงเรียน รวมตัวอย่างประชากรทั้งสิ้น 480 คน ผู้วิจัยได้สร้างแบบสอบ 1 ฉบับ เป็นแบบสอบวัดความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ประเภทของข้อความในการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษ แบบสอบฉบับนี้ได้รับการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 ท่าน และได้รับการวิเคราะห์หาค่าความเสี่ยง ค่าระดับความยากและค่าอำนาจจำแนก จากนั้นผู้วิจัยได้นำแบบสอบไปทดสอบกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรที่เลือกไว้ แล้วนำคะแนนที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์หาค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิตและค่าร้อยละ ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิตของคะแนนความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ประเภทของข้อความในการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษของนักเรียน คิดเป็น 41.54 จากคะแนนเต็ม 75 หรือร้อยละ 55.39 ของคะแนนเต็ม 2. ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิตของคะแนนความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ประเภทของข้อความจำแนกตามประเภทของข้อความ 5 ประเภท เรียงตามลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย กล่าวคือ ข้อความเชิงรายละเอียด ข้อความเชิงบรรยาย ข้อความเชิงเปรียบเทียบ ข้อความเชิงปัญหาและการแก้ไข และข้อความเชิงเหตุผลปรากฏผลดังนี้ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิตมีค่าเท่ากับ 9.31 8.56 8.35 8.08 และ 7.24 จากคะแนนเต็ม 15 หรือคิดเป็นร้อยละ 62.07 57.07 55.67 53.07 และ 48.27 ตามลำดับ	-
dc.description.abstractalternative	The study was conducted in order to study: (1) the ability to analyze discourse types in English reading of mathayom suksa six students, Bangkok Metropolis, (2) the ability to analyze five discourse types in English reading, that is, description, collection, cause-effect, comparison, and problem-solution, of mathayom suksa six students, Bangkok Metropolis. The subjects were mathayom suksa six students in the academic year of 1991, being stratified and randomly selected from sixteen secondary schools in Bangkok Metropolis. The total number of the subjects was 480. A test was designed by the researcher in an attempt to measure the ability to analyze five discourse types in English reading. The content validity was examined by five experts, and the reliability of the test, the level of difficulty, and the power of discrimination of each item in the test were statistically analyzed. After that, the subjects were tested and the obtained data were calculated to determine the arithmetic mean and the percentage. The results of the study revealed that: 1. The students' mean score of the ability to analyze discourse types in English reading was 41.54 of 75 total score or 55.39 by percent. 2. The students' mean scores of the ability to analyze five discourse types were respectively ranged as follows: collection: 9.31 of 15 total score or 62.07 by percent; description: 8.56 or 57.07; comparison: 8.35 or 55.67; problem-solution: 8.08 or 53.07 and cause-effect: 7.24 or 48.27	-
