dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาทัศนคติทางการเมืองและศึกษาภูมิหลังทางเศรษฐกิจและสังคมของสมาชิกสภาเทศบาลเมืองตากว่ามีส่วนสัมพันธ์ต่อการสร้างทัศนคติทางการเมืองของสมาชิกสภาเทศบาลมากน้อยเพียงใด ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สมาชิกสภาเทศบาลเมืองตากมีทัศนคติทางการเมืองแบบเสรีนิยม ซึ่งเอื้ออำนวยต่อการปกครองตามระบอบประชาธิปไตยและเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการพัฒนาทางการเมืองการปกครองไทย สรุปได้ว่า การศึกษาวิจัยนี้ พอที่จะชี้ให้เห็นถึงแนวดน้มบางประการว่า สมาชิกสภาเทศบาลมีทัศนคติทางการเมืองที่เอื้ออำนวยต่อการปกครองระบอบประชาธิปไตย ทำหน้าที่เป็นกลไกที่สำคัญอย่างหนึ่งของระบอบประชาธิปไตยคือ การเป็นตัวแทนของประชาชนในท้องถิ่นในเขตเทศบาลที่จะมีอิทธิพลและเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการพัฒนาทางการเมืองของไทยในอนาคต	-
dc.description.abstractalternative	This study finds out that members of Tak Municipality Council can be described as being liberal which means that it is couducive to democratic political system and political development. This study points out the fact that members of politicality council with political attitudes conducial to democratic system of government, can facilitate the development of democracy in Thailand.	-
